Comment : Needed 4new tires so went to VIP in Tilton, NH for pricing. Seemed reasonable but they needed to order them. Showed up day of appt & tires had not come in yet… however, they found a suitable replacement in stock and was able to save me some money too!

They went above & beyond when they could not find my wheel lock tool & called me a few times. I was tied up and finally called them back with location of tool an hour later, and they said they had to move on to another vehicle. They were still able to fit me in a little later & everything worked out nicely.

Comment : Jeremy and the team were outstanding. They fit us in the schedule when it would have been very easy for them to tell us that they were booked. They treated us like a family shop (dare I say better than)! If you’re reading this and wondering “should I do business here?” All I can say is ‘absolutely’. Customer service was top notch and the actual service was great 10/10 recommend.

Comment : Really impressed with how quickly they got me in and out for an inspection and oil change with how busy they were on a Saturday morning. The phone was ringing non stop, lots of walk-ins and a full waiting room didn't stress anyone out there. I've been going to this location for a number of years and had a good experience. They aren't the cheapest place to get work done, but a 10% AAA member discount helps, and they're always there when you need them.

Comment : Had to have a new battery installed not as quick and easy as it sounds on 2017 Silverado. Stopped in and they were extremely busy but still did battery test and made the replacement took about 1 1/2 HOURS. bye the way it was a Saturday. BIG THANKS TO ALL THE WORKERS THERE!!!

Comment : In person customer service was excellent. They provided honest feedback and made me feel like I was making the correct choice and felt in good hands. I paid about $100 more than the big box stores, but felt like I received more professional service than those places provide.

Comment : Be aware where you go. I know we all see VIP and go yep, same place who cares where I go to get work done. Concord will make up problems with your car for more money, one in Laconia will straight lie to you about what they can and can't do..... Leading you to higher up to have them send you.... To.... Tahdah tilton. Tilton VIP is amazing they don't make things up, they work with you on everything. And will help you out even when they are already overbooked. If you need tires, or any work done go to tilton. I went to Walmart to have tires put on.... That was the mistake for the day, get told somehow in the parking lot, before they touched it the brake line just exploded. Drove fine there, didn't have any brake issues but now bam magic. So went to VIP. They got me in and out, fixed the magic brake line that exploded.... You know by its own hands. Totally not when the tires where being taken off. End of story VIP might change more for things. But they do killer work at tilton and treat you like a person with a broken care. Not something they can make money off from. If you can make it to tilton, do your self a favor. Book it there. Not all VIP locations are the same.
