Comment : I had such a great experience at VIP Tires! What started as a simple flat repair turned into a longer visit due to some unexpected issues they found, but the team was incredibly attentive, honest, and helpful every step of the way.

They kept me informed about what was going on and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. The level of customer service really stood out?especially when they went out of their way to drive me home while my car was being worked on. That kind of care and consideration is rare these days.

I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness, and I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for going above and beyond! ?????

Comment : Excellent job. Easy to book appointment over the phone, nice little waiting room. All the staff are very friendly and willing to answer questions. Reasonable price for what we needed. (Check over the car before an out of state drive)
