Comment : My wife and I bought a new to us truck yesterday (a saturday). On the way home I called VIP to set an appointment for tires for now today (sunday) thinking we'd be getting back to town after they closed. We got in sooner than expected so we swung over to drop the truck off. Matt and the team were absolutely amazing. They showed me the tires they had already pulled for us, they were so nice, honest, and wonderful to work with. They didn't have any work at that time so they were able to squeeze us in for the last hour of the day. They changed the tires over, did an alignment, and even did a visual multipoint inspection to help me find any upcoming issues so I can prepare for them. We will be bringing our jeep back in the future when it needs the tires changed over.

Comment : I had a truly wonderful experience at Gorham VIP! I was told by a dealership that I needed a my transmission replaced to the tune of $16,000!!! So I took it to VIP for a second opinion. Doug, the master technician, found that my car?s bad behavior was due to a missing filter. Thank you to Matt for getting the diagnostic done quickly, and thank you to Doug for finding the real problem!

They also have done excellent work on our machines! Thank you to Paul!

Comment : I showed up at VIP Tires & Service in Gorham this morning without an appointment. I explained the problem I was having with my headlights. A young man named Ryan looked at my car and said that I should talk to Matt. Matt checked out my headlights, made a few recommendations, then told me he could get the parts while I waited. He offered me some coffee, which I gladly accepted. Before the coffee was cool enough to drink my headlights were fixed and I was on my way. It was an excellent experience, especially with such pleasant and knowledgeable young men to help.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who asks.
