I went to VIP Tires in Gorham, NH for what should have been a simple alignment — and it turned into a complete nightmare. After declining additional work they tried to sell me, they refused to do the alignment. Instead, they went under the hood and tampered with my truck, loosening fuses and unplugging my grill lights. My check engine light came on shortly afterward on a relatively new vehicle, which is beyond concerning.

As a woman, going into an auto shop can already be intimidating, but this experience was over the top and completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I brought a second vehicle in the same day for an alignment. They never returned my old tires, even though I specifically asked for them to be placed in the back so I could keep them as spares. I later discovered they had messed with the fuses in that vehicle’s fuse box as well.

I will never bring my vehicle back here and do not recommend anyone else does either. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy experience.

Comment : During our foliage road trip from Vermont to Acadia NP, we experienced a flat tire. Stop at VIP tires & services which was luckily on our way. And couldn't expect for a better experience. They managed to repair our tire immediately. The manager was so accomodating. I confirm it's a VIP tire team ! Thank you so much 🙏
