Comment : First of all, I had called to move my appointment to a later time on the same day. The individual who was working the desk that day said no problem that I could come in at 11am. I also wanted a tire changed and I was told that they would have it when I came. When I arrived I was not on the schedule and they did not have have the new tire for my vehicle. So they did accommodate me and serviced my vehicle but I had to ask to make sure that what was needed was done. They only changed the oil gaskets and didn't flush the oil as was recommended. So they had to bring my vehicle back in and perform all that was recommended for it. Then the new tire was not there and it had to be ordered. So I now have to bring my vehicle back in for the new tire to be installed. I have not had these studded snow tires very long. I bought them in January of 2025 took them off in April or May and put my all seasons on and put the snow tires back on in November or December of 2025. So there is not a lot of mileage on them. The wall of the tire that has to be replaced has a bulged in it. They of course said I did it by hitting a curb. That is absolutely untrue I don't hit curbs and there is no evidence that I did any such thing. So I am waiting to see if they pro- rate the new tire. I paid over $1000 for these snow tires, I don't buy junk, so we will have to see if they are reputable.
