Comment : I told them i was traveling which i was from Bangor to Southeastern US. My water pump failed and they got me right in which was great. Work turned out great. Price was high but they did lower it a bit after i complained. All in all im satisfied. Thank you VIP.

Comment : I popped my rear right tire, with a screw. I went to Ace Hardware and purchased a plug kit - I love those folks- and we could not fix it. VIP tried to get me in but couldn't so they made an appointment for me for the next day. I was quoted $45. When I arrived, Tyler quoted $59, with a free health check. Service was fast and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the difference in price because I use cash for everything. Otherwise, I am very happy with my service.
