Comment : Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. After my vehicle had been checked someone came and sat down and spoke to me about what they had and had not found and verified that they have taken care of my concerns. I went in thinking I had an exhaust problem and found out it was something else very simple that only required a couple screws. I couldn't have been happier.

Comment : No stars! Got a headlight put in, took 45 minutes, they charged me for 2 hours of mechanic labor ($300). I bought the replacement bulb myself. BEWARE!! They rip people off.
Not illegal probably but definitely unethical. Distrustful company!!
We have three vehicles. We will not use VIP ever again!!
I am going to write bad reviews whenever and wherever I can.
Take your vehicles to other garages, people!!
