Comment : Had a oil change on 3/18/25. On engine oil spec is 0W20. At check out paperwork said 5W30. Called and I was told they put in 0W20 in my engine. Why does the paperwork say different than what I was told what was done?? I am concerned that I did not get the right engine oil.

Comment : Having been freshly pulled over by a local police officer and informed I had a tail light out, he suggested I go right down the street to VIP and see if they had time to replace the bulb. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get my car right in and change the bulb and it wasn t anywhere near what I thought it might cost. Comment : Polite customer service, always glad to give assistance when needed. This location is close to home and convenient for service or for purchasing a new set of wipers on the way home when your present ones fail in an ice storm. Comment : My battery kept dieing and needed to be replaced. I had taken it in first thing in the morning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were able to get it replaced right away. I also had my oil changed. With everything that needed to be done I was there for maybe a half hour. My car takes special tools to remove the battery and get everything replaced, so I was pretty impressed with the timing. Especially because I had just gotten off of work and was exhausted.
