Comment : The salesperson you had was a salesman selling stuff they didn't even need and I he said the parts they'd have to make you couldn't get them and you can get them so he just lied about everything

Comment : The guys were very nice, listened to my concerns and checked the vehicle over thoroughly, including a test drive.

Comment : Service was excellent. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Inspection required more work and the service team was able to finish the job same day even though it was nearing closing time to avoid scheduling a follow up. Lisa took the time to explain the work needed, walked through next steps and run a quote for an additional maintenance item.

Comment : Not able to give negative stars. Had new rear tires installed at VIP in Gorham. Went for wheel re balance due to bad "hop" in my F150. Tech broke a lug and broke my splined lug key. So frustrated! They had no lugs to replace the one that broke, did not replace my broken splined lug key, and then asked when I'd like to come back - and that I need to bring all new lugs and a new lug key. Really? They said it's because of whomever put the wheels on last (I said ... "it was this shop"). They then said it's because the lugs are so badly rusted (I said ... "in the three months since you installed them?"). It gets better ... the tech said he used a breaker bar and NOT an impact, yet when I go into the shop to look at my truck, the impact is on the floor next to the truck with the socket on it. What?! So in the end they sent me home with 4 lugs on the 5 lug wheel. Further inspection ... I bought a new spile tool at the local Oreilly, went home, tried to remove the other side, and the lugs were all more than 200 ft lbs - that's as high as my torque wrench goes. I had to put a pipe on my 1/2" breaker bar to get the lugs off, being careful to not break any more lugs. Note, well over 200 ft lb, and the vehicle calls for 100 ft lb lug torque on the 12 mm studs.
