Comment : From when I walked in the shop, I felt very comfortable. The men were extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. No pressure, just letting me know this is what they see. When I brought my vehicle back for service, they once again explained what they were doing and made suggestions.

I recently went on line and set up an appointment and VIP confirmed it via email. I was getting dressed, after my shower, and received a call just 5 minutes before I was to leave for the appointment. They canceled it. No appointments for a few days. NICE!

Comment : The staff is awesome. I called late in the day with a possible nail in a tire. Ethan told me to come by and he would put air in and schedule an appointment. Once there Nate, a mechanic looked at it and said he would try to repair it right then! He was supposed to be leaving and instead was able to repair my tire. Not many people or places would go out of their way the way they did. Thank you with much appreciation!!
