Comment : Horrible customer service, I had a 12:00 alignment appointment and showed up at 11:55 to be completely ignored by Tony who came into the store from the garage and the phone began to ring, he stated just a minute as he answered the phone. Then after he hung up from the call instead of tending to the customer who was standing in front of him (me) he went onto the computer (for parts look up I assume), the phone rang again and he chose to answer that instead of tending the customer. At which point I had had enough and left. I called them after getting home and they hung up on me before even speaking with me (caller id), I then called with *67 which blocks the caller id and was immediately answered, I asked to speak with the manager ( Zack, whom I was informed was not available) and stated I wanted to speak with someone in charge. He (Tony) proceeded to speak over me and inform me he was in charge. Horrible experience, I suggest that you go anywhere else but VIP.

Update: Kurt from VIP called and apologized for Tony's actions and offered to rectify the situation. Zack (and his crew) was working when I returned Tuesday, the difference was a matter of thier excellent customer service! Thank you Kurt, Zack and crew for great service, you folks and your excellent attitude are what keep people coming back! The only reason I did not give VIP in Farmington 5 stars was Tony's horrible attitude.
Update:
Went for an inspection today, 8/15/25, which failed for something that passed at the same place last year, mechanic was so rude. Went to tell cashier about it, cashier was super fake sympathizing, condescending so, we said would be letting corporate office know about the poor service. Complained things on the bill that were not done, such as free alignment check or air pressure. We were then asked to leave, and not pay, to never return! Not that we will!! The reaction was over the top and unwarranted!

Comment : Very rude customer service! After a bad experience with the mechanic, told cashier we would be submitting complaint to the head office. Did not want to discuss with them, was no point. Other guy behind counter got very rude, We were asked to leave and never returned, not that we would! The response was unwarranted and over the top!!

Comment : I LIKE TO GIVE A "BIG THANK YOU" TO THE STAFF THAT TOOK CARE OF MY VEHICLE. ALL OF THE CONCERNS I HAD WERE ADDRESSED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND AT A FAIR PRICE. IT IS A WONDERFUL FEELING KNOWING I HAVE VIP TIRES & SERVICE FOR ALL MY AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS. A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
