Comment : I asked that the front right tire sensor be fixed along with a tire rotation and balance. When I left after service the front right tire still showed tire sensor not fixed. I was charged $90 for tire rotation that apparently was not done. I went back and asked for my $90 back as the work was not done. I have gone to VIP for years but will no longer give it my business

Comment : I was traveling through the area and needed a low tire checked and an oil change. They got me in quickly and efficiently and I was able to continue my trip without having to change plans.

Comment : I'm from out of state visiting this community. This is twice I've had to use their services, and both times were good experiences. First time they had to special order a tire for me, and this time was a battery replacement. Everyone I worked with with very professional and courteous.
