Comment : Very helpful! Did good work. Cost for service work was fair. Very nice people! The towing company that they reccomend is double in cost. Seating area is a bit run down. Those are my only issues. Oh and call Dave's towing for a better price.

Comment : The service representative was concerned that I didn’t really need new tires. He wanted me to hang on to my old tires just in case I really had trouble with the wheels rather than the tires. The also did an inspection of the brakes and suspension as well as the alignment and offered suggestions for additional services.

Comment : Ryan was amazing! I needed a tire repair and he took care of it within the time he promised despite some unforeseen challenges. He was so polite and patient with all the customer interactions that I observed. He has won my future car repairs.

Comment : We received awesome service!! We were traveling and needed a new wheel for our tow car. We ordered a new wheel on a Friday, expecting it the following Tuesday. Someone at VIP found a new wheel somehow, somewhere and brought it in to work Saturday. We were back on the road Saturday instead of Tuesday. Thank you so much to whomever acquired that wheel!!! Great service!!

Comment : Incredibly slow, showed up on time yet had to wait and wait for them to even bring the car into the bay.
Then they tell me they have to take the tires off to look at the brakes. Found this car for a total of seven years and had an inspection every year and they’ve never removed the tires. Sounds shifty.
They could at least rotate the tires while they had them off. But nope.

Comment : I will give it to these guys, they are always able to get us in quick and get the job done quick. However, they always try and upsell on everything. The prices they have quoted me for parts have been above other local garages and they are also $25 more an hour for labor. Also, I spent $1k on tires there only to have them toss my rusted donut tire in the back of my trunk rather than put it back where it belongs underneath my car. Being 5 months pregnant it is very hard to put back under there myself.

Bottom line, I will 100% go there in a pinch and know it will be done right, otherwise I will be going to a local garage from now on.
