I only received an after profile of the alignment and not a before which makes it impossible to determine how much of an adjustment occurred. Person at desk said they forgot to print before picture. Went back the next day and asked for the before specs and was told they had no stored memory of the alignment and couldn’t produce a copy. And honest shop always gives you a before and after.
