Comment : We came in with a brand new tire from the Volvo dealership in Danvers mass. A technician named Kevin looked at our tire. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He told us we would need a new rim but Debi es the tire the best he could until we are able to obtain a new rim. Trevor was also great. Very pleasant to work with!

Comment : I walked into VIP. The men that work there were very stoic.They seemed as if they may have been a little agitated. Then a man named Roger stepped up and helped my Husband and I. He was personable, nice and knowledgeable. He explained things to us and made us feel welcomed. I’d go back because of him. The others should be a little nicer. 🤷?♀
