Comment : I arrived for my 9 am appt. with an expired registration. I had to go to the town hall, renew it, then returned for the inspection. They were courteous and prompt when I returned. Thanks Alot, Guys!

Comment : If there was an option for zero stars thats what I would give this establishment. On 1/30 my Nissan Rogue was brought here for a routine car inspection during inspection it failed for an oil leak the only thing it failed for was the oil leak. It passed all other areas. No biggie was quoted $500 for it to be fixed. Bring it on 3/14 to be fixed they fix the oil cooler housing and the oil cooler gasket, then fail the car again for a Tie Rod and Front Control arm. Weird that in 4 weeks all this other stuff is wrong and the mechanic didn t catch any of this on the initial inspection. Right there things kinda get a little shady. I ve been to other mechanics who would have thrown that out there like hey this is going to be a problem in the near future don t want to fix this now but this mechanic didn t find anything wrong with them before and then quote me $1300 to fix the problem. Here we are on 3/15, 7:20 in the morning after dropping my son off to school, my car starts violently shaking and my check engine light comes on. Never had any issues with the car before it went to VIP Tire and Services, the car just had a tune a few months ago no problems but within 12 hours of them fixing my car, draining the oil and fixing all that my car breaks down. So I call them and initially they were cool about it, tells me to bring it back, they will looked at it. They call me back and tell me that in the 12 hours since they fixed my car, my engine ignition coil and spark plugs all are bad and need to be replaced and it s going to costs another $638 and it s just a weird coincidence that it happened right after they fixed it yesterday. Then they start getting rude, when I tell them that I don t want them fixing anything, I m taking it for a second opinion somewhere because I think they broke my car when fixing it yesterday, and how I find it weird that the mechanic didn t mention any of these other issues in my initial inspection. Then I go to pick my car up, the guy basically tosses my keys at me and doesn t even try to explain anything, doesn t give me a slip about anything. I will never bring another car to this place, and after speaking to other people and hearing the stories they have about this place I can t even believe that they are still in business. My advice is don t bring your car here unless you want it to be in worse condition than it was before bringing it in. Comment : The service was quick and top notch. The personal was knowledgeable and informative. They were very accommodating. A stranger who helped me put air in my tire at Cumberland Farms suggested VIP. He was right and what a blessing that was. I am returning to them for the rest of my auto needs.
