Comment : I highly recommend VIP for your auto care needs. They FULLY SUPPORT MILITARY VETERANS! If you go to the VIP on Manchester St. in Concord, ask for Felicity at the service counter. She is a true professional--very nice, has great job knowledge, and treats customers with an "I care!" attitude. And for a service technician, Danny does great work! This VIP is well managed and trust me, I did my research on where to take my vehicle for service. This is the place!

Comment : I like that parts and labor is covered under there warranty if any of parts become defective or needs to be replaced within the time frame of the warranty. To be truthful cost for repairs can be sometime pricey. I got great customer service today and to the young lady that I spoke to take you so much for your help.
