Comment : Poor communication and scheduling by
management. 8 am appointment for an oil change, I arrived 10 minutes early where I was told it would be a minute as they only had one person in the shop. I said that would be okay, I was early. After waiting with my 1 year old for an hour the car was still not even in a bay. I asked for my keys where an apology was not given. If I was told it would have taken longer I would have left sooner. Not a great experience at all.

I was stuck on Rt 93 near Concord with a tire blowout and no spare. Got a tow to VIO and they took care of md in a couple of hours.

Comment : Great service and the best price from a quote of 4 different places. The VIP employees are really nice. Felicity behind the counter is exceptional. I highly recommend VIP on Manchester St. In Concord NH for tires and service.

Comment : They helped and gave my better pricing on everything I needed over eveyone else I contacted for the work I needed to be ddone.The service writer named Mike was very helpful, kind, caring, and went out of his way to help me.
