Comment : This place is over charged an there crooks they are probably good on putting tires on your vehicle but any other services do not bring your vehicle there an when they say if you let us by your part it will be covered by warranty no bull crap full of lies

Comment : I purchased new Wheels and Tires from Tire Rack, and they suggested VIP for the delivery location and install.

The folks I talked to on the phone were great, helpful and pleasant to talk to. I was able to get in rather quickly, and there was a waiting area with free coffee and a TV. Took less than an hour, total.

I even asked for an alignment, and when I went to pay, I was shown that my trucks alignment was completely fine, and I wasn't charged for that service. They could have charged me for it and I wouldn't have had any idea that it wasn't needed. It's unfortunate that honesty is rare these days, but I most definitely appreciate when it happens.

I will 100% be taking my vehicle back for any tire related issues, as well as getting some new tires for my wife's vehicle. These guys were friendly, professional and the waiting area was pleasant and clean.

I did not use the bathroom here, so I can't speak on the accessibility factor, but you could easily get a wheelchair in through the main entrance, and wheel around inside without issue.

Comment : I got all the work done and they communicated everything every step of the way. When they fixed the trunk latch they pulled up one back seat and moved everything from the trunk to the backseat and didn’t put anything back so the backseat was a disaster. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars. They lost a star because I had to clean up the mess. They also didn’t use the provided oil filter. Both of these are one offs because I have been going here for a few years now and never had these issues before. To be fair I did have a lot of work done: Front struts replaced, alignment, damaged tire replaced, all lug nuts were stripping therefore replaced, an oil change, oil pan replaced, muffler gasket replaced, and trunk lever replaced.
