Comment : Well, everything was fine until I drove the car home and it pulled hard to the right after having the tires put on which had replaced the snow tires. It had not been pulling at all to the right previous to this. When I called the office I was told that the manager would call me back. The manager did not call me back so I called again and I was told that oh well they told you that your car may have an alignment problem and it’ll cost you X number hundred dollars to fix it — and I said there was no mention to me about the car having an alignment problem and it sure didn’t have an alignment problem before I drove it into the shop. So I asked AJ to request the manager to give me a call again to see if we can get this straightened out. Professionalism supported by honesty is the bottom line here and there was no word to me about the car having an alignment problem when I took it out. And it certainly did not have an alignment problem when I brought it in. So this is a real test of VIP tire to see if they have integrity, honesty, and follow through. I’m waiting for that return call from the manager. Not simply the assistant saying, oh well, they told you “There might be a problem“ — something which they never indeed told me at all. This is going to
be a real test of what VIP tire is all about.
