Comment : We had new tires put on the car and the truck serviced. All associates were very kind and helpful during both processes. It was really easy to set up the services online and drop off/pick up was quick.

Comment : I was very impressed with the help provided, especially with my flat tire. I was stressed when my truck had a flat at work but VIP talked me through finding my spare and bringing it in. They were able to repair my tire and put it back on same day, working with my schedule. Prior to that they did an oil change on my truck that which was difficult as well but they communicated what they were doing the entire process and were able to accomplish the job without any further issues.

Comment : Came in for tires and an oil change. Had an engine light my son was going to look at this summer. The service manager and techs found the problem disconnected something and corrected it. Had a place in Florida quoting bad sensors need replacments. VIp found the issue blew it out and reconnected. Everything GREAT.
Definitely will recommend and come back.
