Comment : The nice thing about VIP Calais Maine is when getting your "Free" state inspection as veteran you can always count on them failing your automobile and having a big ticket repair. At 23k on a new Jeep Compass I was told I need new tires. At 40k I need a 3 thousand dollar repair to my front end. There is always an expensive repair required regardless of the age or mileage of the vehicle. Last time using these guys. Avoid if possible.

Comment : The guys at this facility are absolutely AMAZING. Not only were they so incredibly kind to me but Technician Andrew even personally stayed and waited for me past closing while I got a tow. Not only did they fixed my flat they helped fix my anxiety about the whole situation. I would recommend them 1000x over to anyone in need of tires services. A good business is made up of the people that run it and Andrew along with the rest of the staff made this process a positive memorable one, not one to cry about. Thank you VIP and especially technician Andrew for your kindness and generosity. If you value character, and kindness while also feeling valued and prioritized this is the VIP for you!
