Comment : The front desk manager has no connections with his workers and there's a new person everyday and they had no shared knowledge of the services being done. They kept my car elevated for 5 days because they ordered the wrong tire size. Overall service was horrible. Beside that, when the agreed upon price with employee Emma, the next day Lawernce provided no updates and ordered different parts than the one Emma confirmed with me. Which made the price 700$ more than the one agreed on. Besides the racist and unecessary treatment.

Comment : I was scheduled to get my break pads replaced as well as an oil change and get a taillight replaced. They said they would take a look at my breaks and let me know if they needed to be done. I knew they were close since 2.5 years ago I had checked them and they were about halfway through the pad. They came back to me saying that my breaks looked perfectly fine and that I didn't need to replace them. I was surprised and asked if they could give me an idea of how much longer I'd be able to use them before I started damaging my rotors. They quoted me maybe 2 months if I only do highway driving while also saying if I drive in the city a lot I'll probably go through them much quicker. To me, that doesn't sound like they're perfectly fine and probably should just be replaced. So I told the "sales associate" that I was communicating with that I'd rather just replace the break pads now, so that I don't accidentally go too long and start damaging my rotors since they were just replaced only about 20k miles ago. He then clarified that it was against policy to just replace the break pads and they would have to also replace my rotors if I wanted to do that. At most my rotors needed resurfacing. Also, if it's against policy why does the website allow me to schedule rotor replacement and break pad replacement separately? I truly think that they wanted me not to ask any questions, leave the store and use my breaks until they started damaging my rotors so I would be forced to get both services done.

Comment : I paid $128 in labor and the tire pressure was 13 lbs over rated max. I was on the highway, happy that I was safer with new tires and presuming that I was safe to have my 86 year old mother as a passenger and then find out that there was no safety. That I needed to verify that VIP wouldn't release an unsafe vehicle. I should get a refund of the labor. It wasn't worth squat!
