Comment : The service was exceptionally courteous treating me and every other customer I saw as each of us mattered. Additionally their automotive expertise, analytical testing, and repairs as necessary were “spot on, “ so that the engine light that had been continuing for many months, with other mechanics, finally disappeared and the car is driving perfectly on long trips, as well as daily activities. Comment : After having work done on my car elsewhere last week, I noticed a rattling in my car at high speeds on the highway. Today, on my way to work, my cars splash shield fell down and was dragging on the pavement and throwing sparks when I drove. I quickly turned into VIP and they were able to get me in and out within 15 minutes with no charge. Unfortunately, my previous mechanic had attempted to zip tie the shield up, which clearly did not hold. VIP used more permanent clips and helped me be back on the road quickly after not having an appointment or any prior work done with them. I am SO appreciative of their help, they turned a very stressful situation into a quick and manageable one.
