Comment : Yesterday was my first time going to VIP. I plan to return because of the top notch work that was done on my car. My car was very clean after the mechanic was done with it (no dirt at all on my steering wheel). Erik was my mechanic and Izzy is the manager at VIP. They went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done to my car. You can tell they appreciate their customers. Everyone that works there has a very good and friendly attitude. Comment : Sorry to say, I had a bad experience. I needed a new tire and they couldn???t find a matching tire so tried to sell me four new tires for $1700. I drive a 4WD vehicle which needed matching tread. Ended up going 1/2 mile down the street to Town Fair Tire in Bennington who was able replace the single tire. Amazing to me VIP couldn???t find a rather generic Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza tire. Meanwhile, the tire can be found on their website.Sorry to say, I had a bad experience. Comment : Came here, with my infant daughter, to get my tires done and an oil change. While they were doing my tires, they noted that my front passenger side brakes were completely messed up -- I had them done by another shop less than a year ago. I'm 40 minutes from home, with a baby, and I can't get back up the mountain! Luckily, they have an incredible staff here. Not only did they inform me about my brake warranty, but they have a great relationship with O'Reilly's down the road (where I got my original brake pad from) and were able to get a brake pad on my car so I can get home, helped me figure out a game plan and still got me my new tires and oil change! Huge shout out to Erik the mechanic, who took the time out of his busy day to show me exactly what was going on, and to the service managers Pauline and Andrew who teamed up to make sure I was good to go. I'll be switching my car maintenance to them for the foreseeable future (after I make this other shop correct their mistake). Comfortable waiting room, very clean, plus a baby changing station in the bathroom (huge plus!) and a toy bucket for her to play with. Clean enough inside for me to feel safe enough to have my infant crawling on the ground playing! Also, free coffee and Wi-Fi. If you haven't come here for car care, you need to. Comment : Went to get the multipoint inspection and had a wonderful experience. At first I was a little weary going to a new place but Pauline made me feel comfortable when talking about services preformed on my car. Pauline was honest and made me feel comfortable making an informed decision about my car. Definitely would go back! All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Comment : AMAZING service. I showed up unexpected after realizing my oil was leaking from my last oil change. Dylan immediately asked how he could help & within 5 minutes my car was in the air being looked at. Unbelievably quick, kind, and efficient service I recommend Bennington VIP Tires & Service to everyone.
