Comment : Very fast service and very friendly it was a good first time visit and I will return as I am happy with the service and as a veteran I got $9 off my oil change and I'm going for my free Vermont state inspection next, nice someone takes care of Veterans for once in this world five stars for VIP service, now the reward program that is going away January 1st not very happy about that as a new customer, why would that be now that I'm a veteran I can't get a discount anymore? Not happy reading up on the program results but we'll see as a new customer what happens, especially when I tried to sign up and what's the use if it expires January 1st 2026

Comment : Though this business is very clean, and the workers are polite, they charge a high hourly rate for simple diagnostics. They list diagnostics as complimentary, but if they need to look at any part in particular, they charge an exorbitant price. On top of this, it is impossible to find the rate on the website, and the worker did not bring up the high price until it was too late. The lack of transparency regarding the expense was disturbing and disappointing.

Later, they called and offered to refund my bill, and seemed sincere in apologizing for the lack of transparency. The prompt responsiveness and desire to operate with excellence and honesty was redeeming, and the lack of communication may have been a one-time mistake.

Comment : Fantastic!!! Website stated "Guaranteed lowest price" and they were right. Was the least expensive (of the particular brand and size I was looking for) tire I could find on the internet. Exact brand and size I needed to replace a damage tire. Stated that it could be shipped to the store nearest me in 3 days, at no cost. I received a text message the next day that it had arrived!! Very happy customer!!

Comment : Pat and Dylan both stayed late to offer me walk in service on my only day off to take care of my car. Totally slammed shop! Dylan and Pat took care of me after a long day with short notice. The “yes man” attitude is rare and greatly appreciated and worthy of praise!

Comment : VIP is the cleanest service center I have ever been to. Immaculate in presentation and the staff are extremely welcoming. Brett checked me in and was extremely polite and answered all my questions with detail. He also introduced me to Brad who performed my inspection. Brad a remarkable individual who displayed expert knowledge and extreme courtesy; further added to my confidence in the team over at VIP in Bennington VT. There capacity to meet the needs of each costumer on a personal level, while unmatched in their ability to service an endless variety of vehicle manufacturers has brought me to my new home for all my vehicle needs.
Highly recommended!
