Comment : Scheduled service to include fixing slow leak in a tire. Was told that they were unable to find any leak. Tire pressure was down 8psi the next morning. I took it to another shop where they found a nail in tire and repaired the hole. I will not be taking my vehicle there again.

Comment : I was on my way Downeast on Rte 3 and I picked up a screw in my tire. By the time I was able to pull over safely, my tire had gone completely flat. Luckily, I had a pump with me and I was able to put air in my tire and make it to VIP in Belfast.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Nate and explained what was going on. They were pretty booked out for the day, but Nate was kind enough to squeeze me in with another flat repair appointment. Upon inspection of my tire, I unfortunately received the bad news that my sidewall was shredded. Nate and his co-workers looked around and were able to find 1, yes ONE tire they had left in stock in my size (which is miraculous, because nobody ever has my tire size in stock). They were kind enough to replace the tire for me, even though they were booked up, and because of this, I was able to make way over to my intended destination.

I'm certainly grateful for the entire crew and the great customer service I received. They were respectful, courteous, and all seemed to work really well together.
