Comment : I made an appointment 2 days prior secondary to my schedule. When I arrived on the day of my appointment, I was told I did not have one. The gentleman at the desk was clearly annoyed but was able to accommodate me, which I appreciated.

Comment : I went in today for a TMPS light that wouldn’t go off in my car. Before anyone even looked at my car, I asked if they could please be careful because my car had just been professionally detailed inside and out. I was assured that the technician would be told, and take extra care. My interior, leather and carpet is beige. When my car was returned to me, there was black grease all over the carpet, bottom of the door casing, and bottom of the inside of the door. I went back in and made them aware and they did clean it, but that’s not the point! I asked in the beginning for them to be careful and they cared less.
I also had them change a fog lightbulb for me. They charged me 0.3hrs for labor and $52.80 to change it. I had already bought the bulb prior. I watched the technician change the bulb from the window in the waiting room and it took him minutes to do it. I probably could have done it myself.
After getting my newly detailed car all greasy and making me wait longer while they had to clean it, they didn’t offer any type of compensation.
This place is not only careless but a complete rip off. $58.20 to change a light bulb. Absolutely ridiculous.
