Comment : I was at the Chewonki Campground when my car would not start and indicated an issue with the parking brake. It was a Sunday and my Goodsam Roadside assistance had my car towed to VIP Tire and Service in Bath, ME. VIP ran a diagnostic and determined there was no brake problem and that I only needed a new battery. My car was ready for pick up early the next day. VIP communicated via text and cell call every step of the process. I highly recommend VIP especially if you need a repair on a Sunday or a holiday since Monday was a holiday.

Comment : Didn’t seal my tires properly, went back to get them re sealed, they didn’t respect their warranty and tried to double charge me. they then overfilled them by 10 psi

Comment : I do recommend VIP in Bath, Maine. They are pleasant to deal with. I will say their appointment booking can be a little hard to navigate. I filled out the online form to request service, but after a couple of days got no reply. I called and got an appointment, then got a call on the day saying they had to reschedule. When I showed up for the new appointment they had no record of it. Took me anyway, which was nice. I like that my tire rotations are free because I bought my tires there.
