Comment : I really am impressed that VIP in Bath Maine is an honest and upstanding business. They don't try to upsell or make me buy more parts just because I am female or because i own a 19 year old car with low mileage. My car always feels like new after they service it. Comment : Unbelievablely great service!! Found a rip in the sidewalk of my right front tire when we were 4 hours from home. After two other attempts with mechanics, I arrived there 20 minutes before closing. The guys had me out and safely on my way home in 25 minutes! Truly could not thank them enough! They truly care about their customers, even the out of state ones.

Comment : Brake light out, replaced both and said one light had a twisted wire so wasn't clicking in correctly. .mechanic corrected the wire. All desk and mechanics are attentive to your situation.
