Comment : Our car had to be towed to this location at night on a weekend with an unknown issue. The Auburn VIP team was supportive and communicative about what the car needed. The took care to explain everything and answer questions. The repair was done quickly and I trust this team to have done it right. I will go back for service in the future.

Comment : Everyone was very respectful and pleasant, but communication wasn't good. I had to wait three days for a new tire. It had to be ordered. I was told it would be in the next morning. It wasn't, and no one reached out to me to tell me when it did come in. I had to call 3 or 4 times.
