Comment : My car popped a tire on the way from RI to Maine. Unfortunately, I had to finish the drive up on a donut tire. I drove to VIP Tires and they went above and beyond to get my car in last minute and were extremely professional, caring, and assuring that I would be all set for my drive back to RI the next day. I highly recomment VIP Tires and thank them sincerely for their friendly professionalism!!!

Comment : Everyone was fantastic!!!! But the waiting room was nasty. I have never seen a public place that dirty. It was horrible.

Comment : Donnie the Assistant Manger was awesome. Told him of my issues as I went in to just get an inspection sticker. Donnie explained what I had going on with my truck and what I needed. It was expensive, however the Team took care of them today and Donnie kept me updated the whole time and received my sticker. Awesome service and great Team. Definitely will choose VIP for all future service. Thank you.
