Comment : Called VIP on a Friday at 12 o clock looking for an inspection on my vehicle. Was able to get in the same day at 1 PM and received exceptional service from everybody at VIP. Rather than just trying to collect all the money they can from me they thoroughly explained everything. Recommend 10 out of 10.

Comment : Ok so I ve heard a bunch of negative about VIP. I will from here on out ALWAYS take my vehicle to Phillip in Auburn. He went above and beyond after a major trip and made sure we were safe. Thanks again Auburn VIP!

Comment : The service was the best I had ever had at VIP. I had called to get an inspection sticker and they got me in right away. I needed my brakes done and my front plate put on. They took car of it right away. My mechanic was friendly and very helpful. I think his name was Dan. The staff at the front desk, I think his name was Chris, was very helpful and friendly also, they offered coffee or water and let me know there was a tv to watch while I waited.
