Comment : I went to the South Portland location. They have a very personable staff! Thanks to Mario, Jon, and Damian, who took the time to listen carefully to my questions and concerns. I had a basic inspection done before having some parking light bulbs replaced, and some areas of concern around the car body, including rust, were noted and photographed, which I appreciated. I had to go back later the same week to have a headlight bulb replaced. The bulb had gone out the day after the other bulbs were replaced. For the headlight bulb replacement, I had both headlights done at once with a recommended, affordable set that had brighter low-beam lights. I was impressed that I was not charged for the labor, just the parts. It would have been the same as if I'd had all the bulbs replaced during the first visit, so I appreciated that! I also had the impression that this shop wants to make reasonable suggestions but not try to convince you to have unnecessary work done, and everyone was very respectful to me.
