Comment : I need help with a tie rod end. Over the phone they told me they could get the part. Have it delivered to the store and make me an appointment for later on same day. They also rough estimated how much it might cost. They took my truck in. Did the repair and an alignment in a timely and professional manner and the bill was exactly what they said it would be. They had also warned me because of the age of my vehicle. Other parts may be compromised replacing this new part which never ended up happening, but it was nice of them to give me the heads up, and they also brought another maintenance issue to my attention that I didn?t know about and took the time to show me what it was that they were talking about. I appreciate it very much. I feel confident in their knowledge and work ethics, and we?ll definitely use them in the future for similar help.

requests either because they were very pleased, or very unhappy. I?m in the middle. Made the appt for a routine oil change and complementary tire rotation, but also to look into a slight oil leak. No issue with oil change charges. However, the tech clearly explained to me that to fix the leak was problematic, as the oil pan?s rusted bolts could possible snap, necessitating a major job. So, I declined this big repair on this high mileage vehicle. Yet the charge to look at the oil pan and tell me this was $185 before my vet?s discount. As I?ve had a few hours to consider this charge, it makes no sense in light of the fact that nothing other than an observation was done. The vehicle was up on the lift anyway.

Comment : Roger i think was his name was very good answering all my questions. I actually just came in for headlight and ended up getting extra services because the price was better than Valvoline. They also found 2 tires with screws in them but no damage so im glad they checked tires when rotating them. Got headlight. Windshield wipers tires rotated all for very good price i believe.
