Comment : They used to give out free oil changes with a review but they stopped? Not sure why. When I had my service this time, the job itself they do good work, but the environment was less professional. Lots of chatter and gabbing less care of the customer. Comment : Check in was great! Work done timely but check out with the young lady wasn't great. She really doesn't have the personality to deal with the public or need extensive training

Comment : I brought my car to the shop to get front brakes and inspected. I got a call around 930 and asked what is wrong with your steering wheel? I said nothing. Why? I was told We shook your steering wheel and it s loose. I asked them to look into it and call me back. I was called back and told that my back brakes also needed to be replaced to pass inspection so I said go ahead and do them. I received a 3rd call from VIP and was told that they wouldn t pass my car for inspection because the steering wheel was loose and there is an active recall. I called the local Ford dealership and they looked up recalls by my VIN and there are no active recalls. I called VIP back and informed them that the recall is VIN specific and my car is not affected by the recall. I was then informed again that even though my car wasn t on the recall list they would still not inspect my car. I picked up my car and was still charged for an inspection, but it failed. The report that VIP sent me said that my inspection failed for rear brakes, but I was charged for them and they allegedly replaced them. How does this even make any sense?
