Comment : Went to Tesla first and they want to charge me an arm to look for labor. Was recommended by a friend to try Vincent's. Best experience I could have expected. I just purchase the parts from Tesla and had them do the labor good news is I still have my arm and leg. Thanks so much for the help guys

Comment : Juan Carlos and Vincent were AMAZING. My mom had been scammed by mechanics in Oxnard so I had her car towed here which is close to home for me in Encino. Juan Carlos was really great with me and my mom over the phone and in-person. Vincent and Juan Carlos were honest, friendly, and dependable with incredible customer service. They will be my go to now, for all my vehicle needs.
