Comment : Juan Carlos and Vincent were AMAZING. My mom had been scammed by mechanics in Oxnard so I had her car towed here which is close to home for me in Encino. Juan Carlos was really great with me and my mom over the phone and in-person. Vincent and Juan Carlos were honest, friendly, and dependable with incredible customer service. They will be my go to now, for all my vehicle needs.

Comment : I brought my car here because AAA driver said he couldn't put my coolant in my car radiator. The man at Vince's argued with me saying he needed to check my car why it was running hot at a cost of $185. I told him I just wanted him to unscrew the radiator cap to see if car needed coolant, that I had a grate mechanic for over 20 years. Just check to see if car needed coolant. He continued to argue with me for several minutes, then he had me sign a "release" form for whatever reason I can't understand. I would NEVER go to this shop ever again.
