Comment : The only thing good about this place are the nice receptionists that answer the phone. Everything else about this place sucks. Patrick is gonna be the guy that helps you and he s gonna tell you to come get your car a month and a half after you take it there. That date is gonna come and he s gonna keep pushing the day back just like the rest of the comments before mines. Then when you call to talk to Patrick he s gonna keep cutting you off while you try to talk, he did it to me when I called then he did it to my wife the next day. They are gonna text you updates that are gonna randomly stop working. This place takes waaaaaaaaaay to long to fix your car so I hope you have a rental. Comment : Had my 2023 Lexus IS 350 recently repaired by Vive! Fender front bumper and a headlight Beyond thrilled with the results! My car had ppf and ceramic done prior and it was all replaced at same time which made life much easier. Steve provided excellent customer service. Hopefully I will not need collision services in the future, but if I do Vive will be the place!Had my 2023 Lexus IS 350 recently repaired by Vive!
