Comment : I just pulled in because my car indicated "low tire pressure". I asked them if they could check my tire pressure and if, indeed, I had a flat if they could take care of it. Without hesitation a very nice man told me where to park and another gentleman kindly checked each tire, Fortunately I only had low tire pressure and nothing else. They were so accommodating and polite that they now have a "new customer" for my gas fill-ups!

Comment : The other day the mechanic Christian helped me immensely and i just wanted to thank him! i pulled in because my engine was over heating & it wouldn t go down . he noticed my hood was popped up and i was trying to figure out how to properly put coolant in the car. thankfully he came over and helped me because i was about to do it SO wrong *phew* he also noticed that i had my sleeping baby that i had taken out of the car (because i was about to go in to pay for some coolant) and he told me i didn t have to worry, that i could put my daughter back in the car and he would take care of everything. he was such a kind soul and i tried to offer to pay and he kept saying it was on the house. it was so sweet. we talked for a little bit and it really changed the course of my entire day and week, believe it or not. i promise i will pay it forward and i decided to come back here so he and his team could look at my car that s having issues and they have all been very accommodating. thank you so much Christian !The other day the mechanic Christian helped me immensely and i just wanted to thank him! i pulled in because my engine was over heating & it wouldn t go down . he noticed my hood was popped up and i was trying to figure out how to properly More

Comment : Neighborhood Mobil, good service ,friendliest staff " This gas station is near our home . It's very accessible. Staff is friendly. They have a small little store inside to grab a snack . Not much of a selection but it's something . Good value if you're looking for quality gas , it's Mobil . The service we requested was a full tank of gas . We have been coming here for years , and service is consistent.

Comment : I had a terrible experience with the customer service at a local inspection station yesterday. I recently moved here from Washington State, where I work in the Special Education department at Brookline High School. I decided to stop at this station for a state inspection, thinking it would be convenient since it's close by. However, when I arrived, I was told that my car's window tint was too dark. The person inspecting my car asked, "Where did you get this car?" I was surprised by the question and replied that I bought it brand new in Washington State. He then informed me that my tint was too dark and said he would reject it. He also mentioned that it would be flagged in their system in case I tried to go somewhere else to get it passed. Then he came over and mentioned that this OBM or ODM wasn't registering and seemed to be tampered with and questioned me again about where I got the car and who I got it from. As a black man, I kept my cool, paid for the rejected inspection, and then screamed and cried in the car.I had a terrible experience with the customer service at a local inspection station yesterday.
