Comment : If you ever have automobile trouble while traveling through Kentucky, make it to Vienna Automotive Center. I was and the much dreaded check engine light came on. I pulled in and asked the nice woman if they could run a diagnostic. All bays were full and with a polite demeanor she said they could, but it would be a while. Well a while was ten minutes before the gentleman came out and ran it. They got me squared away and I was again soon rolling. Thanks Vienna Automotive Center! I appreciate it very much.

Comment : I stopped by Vienna Automotive Center for an oil change, and they were fantastic. Despite having a lot going on, the team was super professional and made time to get my friend’s car done quickly. They were helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. If you’re in Vienna, IL, and need reliable service, these folks are the real deal!

Comment : After having my truck for 3 years and not putting an engine it as I was promised they would do, I finally got fed up and came to pick up my truck. The brakes had been engaged for 3 years and wouldn't disengage so to get them loose they took the brakes apart in the rear and twisted my metal brake line. Not only that they also stole my brand new battery I had purchased from them. When I called them out on it they gave me.a used one. With my truck sitting so long theirs no telling what other problems it has caused. ?

Comment : My husband and I were pulling a trailer home where our breaks locked up due to wiring. We pulled into Vienna parking lot and we were treated like the number 1 priority! They fixed the wiring, checked all of our tires, and switched the tire was was balded! They had us on the road in 2 hrs! Comment : I was traveling through Vienna on my way back to Texas when my truck decided to crap out on me. After visiting 2 prior shops with no success i was referred to this shop. Now mind you its Nye. So i holed up in the only motel in town and waited till the day after new years code this place to open. They say they diagnosed my truck in 30 mins which i was grateful for. They kept my truck for a month and a half and all the work totalled $4700. I went to pick up my truck and drove it 10 hours before it decided to crap out again. I tried to use my warranty at a different shop in minnesota but because the shop didn t fix my truck in totality it broke down again and they wouldn t cover it. I called and spoke with Zach who basically told me they wasn t anything they could do. Money down the drain. I would not recommend this shop at all for the simple fact they don t stand behind their work and was not trying to offer any recourse for what happened. My truck still broke. Crazy ain t it?!With all due respect sir. My my truck is still misfiring. Comment : I hate having to pay for service, but needed help after a back injury. They got me sorted out and back on the road with I needed fluids changed. They did not play the add-on game and just got the work done right.

Comment : We were traveling through IL to get to Orlando FL when our car had froze up and started giving us trouble.this auto center squeezed us in and got us back on the road to Disney World in a matter of 45 mins or so. Highly recommend utilizing this auto center.Kind and caring employees.
