Comment : These guys rock. On a road trip with my family and had an exhaust pipe break, they took us first thing Monday morning and had it repaired by 8am at an incredibly reasonable price.

Comment : Decade long client here took my car in for a repair Problem misdiagnosed paid for that 600.00 Brought back next day diagnosed another problem and 1300.00 more of course I did not have it repaired. Tried to get partial refund for original misdiagnosed diagnosis and no compromise. I will never be back again . If Amanda or Rob reach out to me for a compromise I may reconsider taking down this review.

Comment : I’ve been a customer at Vienna Automotive Center for about a year. My recent experience has been extremely frustrating and has changed my opinion of this shop.
I originally brought my 2007 Lincoln Town Car in for a driver’s side AC issue (not cooling properly while the passenger side was fine). They said they fixed it, but it never worked correctly. When I brought it back, they agreed it should be covered at no charge since it was their mistake from the first visit. Instead, I was still charged $190 for the blend door actuator.
They also quoted me $924.38 to replace the floor mode door actuator and defrost mode door actuator — including $746 in labor and a $15 hazmat fee. The woman at the front desk was defensive and had a poor attitude when I pointed out that this should have been done right the first time.
This feels like nickel-and-diming and a lack of accountability. I used to recommend them, but I won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want honest service.

Comment : I cannot say enough good things about this mechanic shop. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine respect. Finding a repair shop you can truly trust is not always easy, but this team exceeded every expectation.

They took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my vehicle in terms that were easy to understand and provided a clear estimate before any work began. There were no surprise charges, no pressure, and no unnecessary repairs recommended—just honest advice and outstanding service.

The quality of the work was exceptional. My vehicle was repaired correctly the first time, and it now runs better than it has in years. The technicians clearly take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. The turnaround time was impressive as well, allowing me to get back on the road much sooner than expected.

What really sets this shop apart is its commitment to customer service. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. It's refreshing to find a business that values long-term relationships over quick profits.

If you're looking for a dependable, trustworthy, and highly skilled mechanic, I would recommend this shop without hesitation. Their honesty, expertise, fair pricing, and dedication to quality make them one of the best automotive service businesses I have ever worked with. Five stars all the way around!

Comment : Save your time and do not go here! Go down the road to Heartland! I got stranded 5 hours from home with my child in the cold, came here first thing when they opened at 730 hoping to get a tire fixed and they wouldn?t even give me the time of day or look at my tire. They were very rude when I needed a little help the most. Went down the road and got a tire on within 5 minutes. I don?t recommend this place at all! Also, responding back to their VERY unprofessional response, I was not told it would be an hour, I was told they ?might? be able to fix it at 11 and that was IF the tire could be repaired. The weight of your response literally shows the exact character of your personal. Do better.

Comment : Five stars seems like not enough! A quick recap...while on an extended business trip, the company vehicle broke down on the interstate and was towed to Vienna Automotive Center to be evaluated. They got it in, accessed it, verified that it could be repaired and have me back on the road later in the day!!! This was extremely appreciated seeing as it's the 10th of December and I've been traveling since the 30th of November. The repairs were a bit extensive and this business was able to tackle them expediently.

Comment : If you ever have automobile trouble while traveling through Kentucky, make it to Vienna Automotive Center. I was and the much dreaded check engine light came on. I pulled in and asked the nice woman if they could run a diagnostic. All bays were full and with a polite demeanor she said they could, but it would be a while. Well a while was ten minutes before the gentleman came out and ran it. They got me squared away and I was again soon rolling. Thanks Vienna Automotive Center! I appreciate it very much.
