Comment : Best experience ever at a dealership. I told Tyler the exact vehicle I wanted, we did mostly everything through the phone and spent less than an hour signing and prepping my vehicle unlike most dealerships that take forever. Thank you Tyler and Victory Kia for making my dream come true!

He also listened carefully to my needs/budget and matched me with the right vehicle instead of pushing the highest-commission or overstocked model. Comment : Got my oil changed today was about 3 cars behind anticipating a long wait the staff at Victory Kia came through and got me out in a reasonable amount of time. My customer service rep was awesome Marissa kept me updated and offered me everything under the sun her professional deamor along with her bubbly lively attitude only established an awesome atmosphere. Upon check out she ensured that all was explained to a T. I would not take my vehicle anywhere else to be service. Thank you all, and especially THANK YOU to Marissa. You are truly EXCEPTIONAL!
