I run dealerships, so we will fix it and then you can get the bill through small claims.

Update- now you guys are trying to tell her she has to pay $200 to pick up her car that she didn't authorize anything on.

The one person in this place worthy of a management title, is the service manager. Thank you for doing your job.

Every single time it went in, the light was on, and you would clear it. I know this, because my dealership scanned it before and after every time. You see when you delete a code, it resets monitors, that leaves dates and time stamps. Those were recorded before and after each visit.

You see when you sell a car with a check engine light on, and then refuse to fix it after you promise to, that is taking advantage of a single mother.

When you have a sales manager threaten that the owner is a "very proud man, and not someone you want to piss off" that is a threat, and intimidating. And yes that was recorded.

So after reading the diagnosis from Honda where they refused to work on the car due to water damage, you still sold it to her and didn't disclose anything. See attached.

So you are saying you would KNOWINGLY sell your mother, daughter, or sister a car knowing it has major issues and not tell them.... As your used car manager said, you are proud, but not to proud to take advantage of a single mother.'>

Comment : Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a woman. They sold my girlfriend a car with a check engine light on and promised to fix it. 6 months later they still haven't. To make matters worse, now they only want to trade her out of it and for her to take a $4,000 loss because the service department isn't capable of fixing a sandwich. Next up BBB complaint. Do better, stop taking advantage of women.

Comment : **Warning: Misleading and Dishonest Experience at Victory Dodge**

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Victory Dodge. During my test drive, I asked **salesman Pres Taylor where the vehicle came from**, and he told me it was a **trade-in**. He also assured me the **warning light on the dash** was due to a **safety recall** and that **Victory Dodge never sells cars with issues**.

All of that turned out to be **false**.

The vehicle was actually purchased **at auction**, not traded in. The light was **not related to a recall**, which **Honda later confirmed**. When Victory Dodge took the vehicle to Honda before selling it, the technician found **rusty bolts under the dash** — a red flag for **possible flood damage** — but **Victory Dodge told Honda not to proceed** and **never disclosed this to me**.

After buying the car, the **same warning light kept coming back**, requiring multiple service visits. I feel **completely misled** and believe key information was intentionally withheld. Buyers — especially women — deserve better. Be extremely cautious with this dealership.

Go get service done by actual people who cares about there customers and will fix the problem if they caused it. Christian Brothers is my go to for service since the BROKE MY VEHICLE.'>

Comment : Only place I get my oil changed (They have it on record). They broke the plastic piece where you screw on the oil filter (why is it plastic?).
They refuse to fix it and I'm left with paying a arm and a leg since it is out of warranty.
