Comment : I went in for a recall on the airbag and not shopping for a new car, however Mike M. and everyone made purchasing a vehicle non-stressful, very relaxed experience. Buying a car can be stressful, but Mike M. made the entire experience incredibly easy. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Thanks to him and everyone in office personnel, I was able to get my car today with a seamless, stress-free experience. Comment : Well I decided to get rid of my 2500 GMC and get me an old man truck. Came into Victory GMC dealership and Marcus, Gary and Jake took care of me. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and got the price where I wanted to be. I'm very happy with my new Denali truck. I will definitely come back if I ever decide to get another one vehicle in the future. Come to GMC they will take care of you as they did me.

Comment : I like working with the Victory GMC dealer; however, there's two issues that continually crop up whenever I come in for service. The first one is that I bought a service program for my car when I purchased it originally, which covers oil changes entire rotations. Every time I come in, they can't seem to find it and I have to always direct them to what my service program number is and they have to call GMC to verify. I've done this twice already and it adds an extra 30 minutes to my visit each time.

Secondly, eaxh time I come in for service I received text and phone calls asking me if I would consider trading in my current vehicle to purchase a new one. I've repeatedly asked not to be contacted because my car is only one and a half years old to me and I'm I keep cars for up to 10 years. When I've asked them, if they can you please remove me from this hassle, They tell me they can't. I find these calls to be harassing in nature and wish they could just be stopped or I can opt out of out of of them. Coincidentally, while waiting to have my car serviced at my last service date a couple of weeks ago, another customer complained to me about the same exact thing.

Other than that, the work that's performed. Here is always done well.

Comment : Amazing people to work with!!!!! My credit is not the best and they were able to get me in a 2025 with low miles and ZERO down!!!! Highly recommend Maria and Mr Jake!!!! They were both so kind and patient and worked hard to make this deal happen! One happy customer. I will definitely be coming back for future purchases.
