I want to take a moment to give Tyler at Victor's Auto Body in Middletown, Connecticut, the recognition he deserves. I have had the pleasure of having Tyler work on both of the vehicles I have owned, and I can honestly say that my experiences with him have been wonderful. Finding a mechanic you can trust, someone who takes the time to work on your vehicle and get the job done, is not always easy. However, Tyler has made a positive impression on me, and I truly appreciate the work he has done on my vehicles.
From my experience, Tyler is a great person who genuinely deserves appreciation for the work he puts into helping customers. Both times I have needed work done on my vehicles, he has been someone I could turn to, and I appreciate the effort he has made to get the job done. Having someone who has worked on more than one of your vehicles gives you a different level of confidence because you have firsthand experience with their work. For me, Tyler has earned that appreciation through my own experiences with him.
What I especially want people to understand is that patience goes a long way when working with Tyler. Just as every vehicle and repair situation can be different, the process of getting repairs completed can take time. My advice to anyone working with Tyler is to be patient, communicate respectfully, and allow him the opportunity to do his job.
