Comment : When my 2004 Ford Focus started sputtering at stops and the check engine light clicked on, I called Vic's in the morning, dropped it off an hour later, and by mid-afternoon, my car was running like new! Over the phone and in-person, everyone at Vic's was helpful, friendly, and respectful. I'll definitely bring my car back for repairs. Thank you for being a trust-worthy auto shop!

2025 update: My husband and I are still bringing our vehicles to Vic's. We replaced our cars since I first left my review, and Vic's is just as thorough and trust worthy as they were 6 years ago!

Comment : I like to go with local places, especially because my Hyundai dealer is in Beaverton. I had my oil changed here a couple times with no problems. One day, my car shows a check engine light, so I call in and schedule an appointment for the following week (soonest they had). Upon arrival, the guy at the front desk says, “so what’s going on with your car again?” I tell him the check engine light is on. His response, “you didn’t tell me the check engine light was on!” (I did). He then told me they couldn’t take on a project like mine (he didn’t even know why my engine light was on), so I was left to go elsewhere and tell my Lyft ride I didn’t need them anymore.

Before the owner responds with “we have no records of you coming to our shop, we value honesty…blah, blah, blah.” Trust me on this one folks, gone are the days of cranky/lazy mechanic shops.

Comment : Told him i needed a brake line replaced and he said "I'll take a pass on that." Meanwhile, the website and everything else says they work on "brake pads, brakes, and brake systems". Must be nice to pick and choose who you want as customers.
