Comment : I was passing through town and stopped at the local visitors center. As I was leaving my lincoln experienced a malfunction. I called them and in about an hour they had sent a technician who had it repaired in just a few minutes at a very fair cost, and I was on my way again! Comment : WOW! I honestly was not expecting such a spectacular outcome! I have never went to a dealership and the dealer did not stop pushing for me and my family until we left the parking lot in a brand new vehicle. I had been experiencing some credit issues too so I was thinking that Kirk Ford of Vicksburg would deny me or just give me a high interest used vehicle worth a high down payment. Aiden!!! I can not be more thankful for meeting him and I know my daughter, Zelmyra is so thankful too! Aiden went what I call the extra mile . I didn t even have a way to the dealership after I was approved and guess what Aiden picked me up in a 2025 Ford Escape fully loaded and ready to hit the highway smacking brand new we are the 1st owners! Like I said I was expecting a denial and thought I would not get approved Aiden went to work lol he went to the manager of the dealership and more before I knew it the team had me approved and driving away!
