Comment : Very disrespectful to the elderly. I came home to find a large flatbed tow truck blocking my driveway. The drivers was nowhere in sight and not in his truck, so I beeped my horn hoping to get his attention wherever he was. No one came. I pulled up to see if there was anyway I could get in my driveway by driving on my lawn, but he was blocking the whole thing. Backed up again and stopped next to the driver side door and beeped again. He finally came over from wherever he was (which turned out to be not all that far, but in my blind spot). He was rude, disrespectful, and called me a bitch. The whole event was so surreal. I couldn't imagine why this person was acting the way he was. It felt very personal, but I had never met this man before. I finally got in my driveway and in my house. I called the company, but didn't even get an apology. The whole incident was so upsetting, I was crying on and off all evening. Love your Mom? Call anyone else.

Comment : Vest made a special effort to make sure that my daughter and I were not left finding a way to get back to our home location. Plus the manager followed up to make sure all was okay and we made it home safely.

Comment : My family has had AAA for years. We never really used it until this year. My husband had one tow and I've had two this year. The same gentleman came out each time for us and provided the absolute best service. We were updated regularly by the dispatcher and the driver arrived in a timely manner. So far we've been very impressed with this group. A special shout-out to Gary and Charlene for making the process easy.

Comment : We called them before 7 they said they would be there by 7:30. When I called at 7:40 they said I would wait until 8:40. then I got told at 8:30 by the driver they would be another 45 minutes. They're real good at pissing costumers off. Unless you've got AAA DON'T CALL THEM!!
