Comment : Started off good but did not end well. Working with sales staff on available vehicle that for some reason was taken to the shop for undisclosed repair. Salesforce did not disclose issues to potential buyer. After several days of no news, potential customer was notified unit was sold. When asked to explain, sales claimed that it was still in the repair shop, but was purchased by someone who was willing to take their chances on what was wrong with it. It seems highly unlikely that anyone would purchase a $30,000 vehicle without full disclosure on the issues and repairs that were underway. If it smells like a fish, it might be.

Comment : Chris and Harroll were so helpful on helping us find our perfect truck also to make it their very best for the numbers to look just perfect! We spoke via phone and text and told them what truck we were looking for and they found the perfect truck for us. They didn???t try to push it into just any truck they made it their best to make us happy! We drove 4 hours and it was well worth it. Will recommend to all my friends and family!

Comment : Absolutely first class!!!.... Kyle, Martin , Morgan and Chase were outstanding in every way! Even after the store closed Kyle stayed and helped me air up the tires on my trailer after it was loaded. Also I was an hour away when I realized I had left my garage openers in my trade on the visor Kyle went back up to the dealership after he was already home and located them for me!! What a great bunch of guys I wouldn???t recommend going anywhere else as this was the best car buying experience I have had yet! Thanks again guys!

Comment : I made a deal with Derek to purchase a Ram Rebel on June 26, trading my Challenger in. The deal with Derek went smooth and he was fantastic to work with. The truck was having some paintless dent repair done due to minor hail damage and would be delivered once that was completed.The truck arrived June 30th around 1030PM and looked fine at that point. The following morning several issues were discovered including a windshield that was trashed. At that point, Derek and Ashley took care of the windshield and it was replaced.I am working from home and as such, have not had much opportunity to drive the truck beyond to the corner gas station.On June 28th, I noticed that the passenger side fender was the complete wrong color. I have done my homework and found who the previous owner of the truck was and he says that the fender was NOT mismatched when he traded the truck in. I do not know what happened to this fender but it certainly was not disclosed at the time of sale.As I have put a few miles on it, there have been quite a few issues that have surfaced. In the month that I have had the truck, I have a 2289 repair bill to replace the serpentine belt, balance the tires, replace the front and rear brakes that are glazed over, replace a half shaft that was loose, repair a backup sensor that has not worked since I have had the truck, repair an HVAC outlet that was acting up, replace the dash cluster lens and adjust the headlights. This is in addition to the 391 to paint the fender the color that it should have been in the first place.For a dealership that is doing business selling cars sight unseen, they overlooked quite a few things in their inspection process that should have been found.Be VERY AWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING and certainly do not agree to buy anything from these folks until you have an opportunity to have it looked at by an independent mechanic. Comment : We had a power train failure warning light come on as we were driving from Amarillo back to Houston at the end of a road trip. Lost all cruise control power and the car was in limp mode. Vernon Auto Grp was our closest Ford dealership and I called their service Department in an absolute panic from the parking lot of a Walmart an hour away. Tommy G. told me they were pretty booked through the end of the week (this was a Tuesday) but he must have heard my panic when I told him we were trying to make it back to Houston. He told me that they would squeeze me in as soon as I got there. And he was true to his word! Tommy and his team got the car hooked up for diagnostic testing and we settled in the waiting area. The three kids and our dog made use of the comfy waiting area and the TVs. They put the Expedition through testing and a test drive. Apparently the code was a misread and everything was fine. We were back on the road an hour and a half later, with my mind at ease.
