Comment : As a physician, I have a responsibility to show up at the hospital every day to care for my patients, and this experience goes against the principles of honesty, responsibility, and professionalism.
I brought my Toyota Corolla to this shop because the check engine light was on, but the car was starting and running perfectly fine. After leaving my car with them for nearly two hours, I was told the starter was bad. I paid for the service, but they failed to resolve the original issue. Most concerningly, my starter had been working perfectly before this visit, yet suddenly stopped working afterward.
Now I am dealing with unexpected expenses and transportation problems that affect my ability to get to the hospital and care for my patients. The timing of this failure is extremely concerning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
