Comment : I was contacted promptly by the dealership after submitting my initial inquiry through CARFAX. I exchanged e-mails with Alex Sarabia who promptly answered all my questions. The van I was inquiring about turned out to not be what I was looking for but my experience was very positive. I have dealt with several other dealerships inquiring about vehicles and no one has been as prompt and forthcoming as Alex.

Comment : Don't try to look up warranty information with out being asked. I had taken the truck before but even asked to pull up the information it felt that the service attendant Had an attitude . Just for asking him what I asume is his job .

Comment : I bought this vehicle here. The initial sales process was good, but after the sale was completely different. The lies came out. There was zero follow through with what was promised. I had to contact the GM to get anything done, which they ultimately followed through with, but it was a big struggle and it should not have been. Not impressed.

Comment : Took my truck in for some tires and warranty work. The extended warranty took care of the power fold mirrors that were not working. They took care of that and put new tires on and did some other maintenance that was due. All done in a timely manner. My service writer, Andres kept kept me informed every step of the way.

Comment : Service advisor seemed lazy. Seemed annoyed when I questioned things on the repair order. Why did they say the Ubered me home for an oil change? Are they collecting money from GM that the are not entitled. When I inquired they got very hush hush and told me not to worry about it.

Comment : Pravin was amazing!!! He worked so hard to find the perfect car with all of my must haves. I absolutely love my Terrain Denali. The new car sales manager and finance were also amazing. I can't recommend these guys enough. They didn't push the sale, instead they listened and found me exactly what I wanted and for the price I was willing to pay.
