Comment : They fixed the a/c issue which was on the car when i bought it from Vandergriff Toyota. They sold me a car that was defective and did nothing to have management call me or find a way to buy back the card or credit/extend warranty on the car. The car was bought back in November 2025 brand new from Vandergriff. They fixed the issue and notified that it was a manufacture defect which caused it.

Comment : I brought my car in for several issues, including changing the tint on my windows. Service Advisor Ryan Parker could not have been more professional. Everything was done right! I was fully informed of the progress. Window tint specialist John Navarro did an absolutely wonderful job on the tint. I know how tedious that job was!! The service department at this dealership is tops!!!

Comment : I've been going to this dealership since I had my truck going on my second year every time I go in there. I have one of the best experiences ever I'm in my 60s not my first rodeo there's Only one other dealership I've been to that I was just impressed with. I love my Toyota SR5 tundra swear by it. . Comment : Gd morning l came last week with car having problems they collected $200.00 dollars from me and car wasn't Fixed still Shaking when I'm Driving I am Bringing the Car Back Today when I'm Driving almost having Accidents with another Vehicle and when trying to Turn it to another Lane it will be Shifted and Shaking thanks for asking

Comment : I like the experience and the service I received each time I take my vehicle in for service. They advisor are helpful and courteous and listen to what you are requesting to be completed on my vehicle. The work (maintenance) I've had on the vehicle has been very good and I've have not had to go back for any repeated or do over of previous work. I will continue as long as this type of service and excellent quality.

Comment : They got me in quickly and out within a couple hours. They flushed systems, replaced the passenger side airbag, rotated tires, ran diagnostics, as well as change the oil and other things. I appreciate the knowledge of my Service Analyst. Things went very smooth.

Comment : Scheduling service was easy and friendly. At arrival with a tow truck, I was assigned to Luis Jimenez whom I had the pleasure to meet and help me. I was offered Uber and soon after I was contacted to authorize the battery replacement. Well done and happy to come back.

Comment : Went in as a walk in without an appointment because of a tire with low tire pressure and I needed to drive back to San Antonio so needed the tire fixed. The tire had a defective valve stem, which they replaced. The employees I had contact with were polite and courteous. Good service.

Comment : Able to get me scheduled and serviced quickly. Customer friendly service team . I did nor like being advised I needed to replace windshield wiper blades and an alignment? Wiper blades are good and did not need an alignment. Keep in mind money and budgets are strained across the country no need to add unnecessary maintenance cost.

Comment : Overall, the service was good and reasonable. They provided an Uber voucher for transportation while they serviced my vehicle. Total time to complete an oil change, transmission flush, breaking system flush, and coolant flush was about 3 hrs., and around $800.
