Comment : Service advisor was very kind but someone in the process of changing my oil or cleaning/washing the car or applying the special protection for the paint - scratches the Pilot Hood. Dirt spots all around the car - it appears a sloppy job. Scratch corrected some how. Still vissible. Now I have a 2025 car with only 2,600 Miles with a scratch. Not happy with the job done.

Comment : The computer updating software died during the process. Idk if there's a battery indicator or not but "things" happen. Hai was good about not letting me feel forgotten about by giving updates and explanations for the delay. Was just barely outside quoted time of completion.

Comment : I chose Vandergriff bc they have fair pricing, fixed my car in a timely manner, and allowed me the use of a vehicle while my car was in the shop. I had checked with several body shops- and Vandergriff can't be beat. Plus the Service Agent (Hung Ho) was MOST knowledgeable and helpful. I ask for him, as he sees to all the details, and knows his business. Vandergriff hires wonderful people!!

Comment : I've been taking my vehicles to Vandergriff Honda for a number of years and have always had a good experience. Service Advisor (Hung Ho) always takes the time to answer any questions i may have, and provides me with all the options available from repair to replacement. Can't recommend him enough! Hung is the best!

Comment : After them informing me that my coolant reservoir was empty. They tried to say it was due to air in the system from when they replaced my coolant a year ago. They topped it off for me then called me the next day to say I had a leak. They should have checked that first before telling me some dumb information.

Comment : Guy Collins made the experience wonderful. Great guy. Good communicator. Very knowledgeable. He is the reason that I come back to Vandergriff because I feel that he values for his customers. From check in to check out, I felt that Guy took excellent care of my daughter's car. As a parent, I appreciated everything he did to ensure the safety of her vehicle.

Comment : Salesman was great. Car is good except for the fact that my wiper fluid reservoir is broken and leaks fluid when being filled up and the back wiper blade should have been replaced. Also one fog light is out. Other than that I am happy with my purchase.

Comment : Poor - I bought a certified honda truck 2023 - stalled on my way home. They asked me to tow it and they will refund me the tow amount. Once it was time for refund, they gave me the run around from one to one. Now it has been almost a month and no one reach out to me about my refund. The email I received, if I know someone else who want to buy a car from them. NO, I DON NOT, AND WILL NOT RECOMMED ANYONE!

Comment : I liked the friendliness of employees, cleanliness of dealership, and the continuous updates i received while vehicle was being repaired. I also like how the qoute i received was the qoute i paid upon picking up my vehicle. However, I did not like the prices. Aside, from that I would recommend the shop for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
