Comment : I had a fantastic experience with Value Auto Body LLC when my car was rear-ended, causing both seen and unseen damage. They meticulously identified all the issues and fixed everything at a price slightly higher than the insurance estimate?which I never revealed to the owner?so I know I received a fair price. In comparison, other shops I visited quoted prices that were 50% to 100% higher than the insurance estimate, which only reinforced my choice to go with Value Auto Body.

The owner and his team were not just accommodating; they were genuinely interested in providing excellent service. They got me in right away, charged me fairly, and couldn't have been nicer. It took a few days before the needed parts were delivered. Once received, the repair itself took only two days, and the results were flawless?my car looked like new! They even cleaned the interior and polished my headlights without mentioning it, which was a surprise.

Beyond the initial repair, I later had a faulty driver?s seat replaced that was broken when I bought the car. The owner found a perfectly matched used seat and replaced it at a very reasonable price. I wish all shops took the same pride in their workmanship and customer service as the owner of Value Auto Body LLC does.

My interactions with both the owner and the office staff were always positive. I received quick estimates, and they were genuinely helpful when I called to check on things?often speaking to the owner directly. This level of stellar customer service and quality body work has made me a customer for life.

Overall, Value Auto Body is honest, reliable, and skilled. They have exceeded my expectations at every turn and made the entire experience hassle-free. I would recommend them to anyone needing auto body work; they treat your car like their own and make you feel like family. Their mechanics there are the best in the business!

Comment : Thank you for the amazing service and exceptional paint job and car detail. My 2017 Lincoln SUV looks fantastic. It looks new again. You can't even tell where the old paint and the new paint start.I brought my car in to have the hood repainted, after the weather had caused the paint to fail on the hood. Large white spots started appearing all over the hood. My SUV is black, so the contrast was unsightly.John quickly inspected my car and sent me a very reasonable quote for the paint job, within hours of my visit. He immediately scheduled my appointment for Monday. After hearing that I wasn't able to get my car detailed as planned, he met with the detail shop next door and had the car fully detailed. I had my car back within a few days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his shop to anyone in need of a paint job or touch-up. Comment : I am so happy with how my car turned out. It???s 12 years old and looks new again. All the huge rust areas are gone and the indentations resolved. Everyone was so helpful, informative and communicative.
