Comment : Vince is the man! Saved us hundreds of dollars on a transmission that was giving us trouble. Cheap oil changes by appointment. Just a great experience.

Comment : Brought my car in for mild misfires and jerkiness that happened on uphill acceleration starting from 0mph. They held my car for several days. When I later called, they told me I had major valve issues that would cost $5000+ to fix. I couldn't afford that. So I took my car back, after all, it was running fine otherwise, nothing alarming. I wanted a second opinion. But when I got it back, the engine was shaking and sputtering, the check engine light was on, the throttle warning light was on. They insisted they did nothing but replace a few spark plugs and things and that the car was running like that when I brought it in. I know for a fact it was not. When I drove it back home it barely reached 45mph, any faster and it felt like it would give out. They didn't charge me which I guess is good. But not charging me for ruining my car isn?t exactly charitable to me. My car was returned in far worse condition than it was, and they lied to my face that it wasn't. Even if there was a serious problem, with the way my car was running, I bet I could have gotten hundreds if not thousands of miles more out of it before critical problems. And suddenly there are critical problems. If there is a way to sue them I?ll find it, but for now I?ll say do not go to this shop.

Comment : THEY BROKE THE CAR THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO REPAIR.

The car that was brought in was running fine and only had a bit of jerk during uphill acceleration. They kept the car for three days and claimed repairs would be 5k AND THE CAR IS NOW COMPLETELY RUINED. When he brought it in, it ran completely fine and only had some mild jerking during uphill acceleration and upon return the ?check engine light? was on as well as the throttle warning sensor, and the entire engine shakes when the car goes. The car was no where near this condition when brought in as observed by me and several passengers the day before bringing it in. Car do not fall apart like that overnight and should not come out WORSE than they come in to a place where cars are meant to be fixed. Despicable.

Comment : My check engine light came on outside of Medford and Valley View Auto was recommended to me by a tow driver. Matt was able to look at my car right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road the same day. These guys were very polite and explained the diagnostics professionally. Thank you again for your kindness, especially the day before Thanksgiving!

Comment : They looked into a vehicle with a check engine light for cylinder misfires (something most car part store diagnose for FREE) and replaced the knock sensor and changed the oil at 1500 miles, then charged 800, 150 for an oil change $40 for a knock sensor and $30 for the gasket the rest was Labor for a job that has an average of a 1 1/2 hour repair, for an issue that continued after getting the car back, spent 15 minutes taking out the spark plugs to find them in bad condition after spending 40 dollars on new plugs the car ran fine, these mechanics don't do their homework nor are they worth their weight in salt. Dont waste money on these people its a scummy place to get repairs and not worth your dime please avoid. Wouldn't be surprised if the sodas in the lobby are overpriced as well. These are unreliable mechanics that shouldn't be trusted with filling up tires.
