Comment : I had to wait on hold for 30 mins to get an update on my vehicle. The time it was there was much faster than expected but I had to call multiple times to find the status of if the repairs were approved and when it was finally done. Workmanship was great, communication is lacking.

Comment : They left the coolant cap off after service and my engine started to overheat in the middle of the desert. Had to be towed back to Kia, and we are a one car family. Of course they covered everything but not an ideal situation.

Comment : Took my 2013 Kia Optima for oil change and tire rotation and the Kia team continues to remind me of much-needed maintenance on my vehicle and I do appreciate it unfortunately due to financial hardship I cannot do or complete those things at this time. Everyone was pleasant and I appreciate it.

Comment : There's a Young Man Adam Hill he made me feel comfortable about the service that was done and he suggested to me what other services that I may need in the future and explained it in a way that made sense.
