Comment : I had the best service experience I’ve ever had at BMW Valencia thanks to Samantha. She was incredibly attentive from start to finish. She clearly explained everything my car needed, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time; even offering beverages and shuttle service.

What stood out most was how specific and accurate she was about my vehicle’s service needs. She walked me through upcoming maintenance, what to expect, and even approximate costs so I could plan ahead.

Samantha was professional, warm, and genuinely helpful. This was by far the smoothest and most reassuring service experience I’ve had at this location. Highly recommend asking for her!

Comment : We had a very pleasant buying experience at Valencia BMW. Our sales rep, John Menzano, was very professional and accommodating. He let my wife test drive the exact car she wanted, and patiently answered questions. We negotiated briefly on the price, and we were done. No games or high pressure sales tactics. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

Comment : Want to give Edwin Lopez recognition for the experience in the purchase of my son’s 330i. My family and I are beyond thankful for his help from the beginning to end. Not only was the process easy, but Edwin never left our side. Thank you for all that you did. Also, Hector (Sales Manager), another great man. Comment : In April 2025, I purchased a CPO 2023 BMW X5 from Valencia BMW; this is my second vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately, only a few months later, I began experiencing significant shaking whenever the brakes were applied. Concerned, I took the vehicle to Beverly Hills BMW for an inspection. They informed me that while the brake pads had indeed been replaced by Valencia BMW in March 2025 (just weeks before my purchase), the calipers were already below minimum factory thickness and should have been replaced at the same time. This oversight ultimately led to the unsafe braking conditions I was experiencing.

I contacted Valencia BMW and spoke with Sales Manager Dave, who assured me they would help me out. However, the assistance offered didn't reflect that reassurance. They proposed replacing the brakes "at cost," yet the estimate they gave was actually higher than Beverly Hills BMW's standard retail price. And despite this being my second purchase from them, I have not heard back from Valencia BMW since. Their lack of care in really trying to resolve this issue was really disappointing. It reminded me of that old saying: dealerships are wonderful to you right up until the moment you drive the car off the lot then the support suddenly fades.

This experience has made me question the thoroughness of their CPO inspection process and their commitment to long-term customer care. For anyone considering a CPO purchase, I strongly recommend having the vehicle independently inspected before finalizing your decision.

Comment : GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR BMW.
After purchasing my second car here, finance manager stated he would take care of discontinuing my warrantee on first car. Three months and several contacts later, never did.
Never sent in RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO DMV. Am now getting suspension notices from themNEVER SENT FINANCE PAPERWORK TO BMW FINANCIAL.
NEVER GOT FIRST PAYMENT COUPON.
WILL NOT ANSWER CONTACTS.

Comment : My husband and I were interested in purchasing a X5. I looked at all the BMW dealerships within a 50 mile radius of us. I contacted about 15 dealerships, and spoke to several sales reps. Edwin L. stood out from the rest. From the moment we spoke on the phone, he was attentive and answered all my questions. It was our first time buying a BMW; so I had a lot. We live in LA, but decided to drive 33 miles to go to Valencia because of Edwin.

The website had stock photos of the vehicle. Without me asking, he sent me photos. He was always a step ahead. There was a dealership that was 4 miles from us that had the same car, but Edwin's customer service won us over.

He did not disappoint. We got a great deal, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Edwin!
