Comment : I would not recommend this mechanic at all. I brought my vehicle in because my brakes were squeaking and there was a noticeable tumbling noise coming from the right side. The issue was obvious, yet I was told there was nothing wrong with my car and that the brake noise was just due to the electric braking system.

Even after I insisted something wasn?t right, my concerns were dismissed. I ended up taking my car to Volkswagen just two days later, and they immediately identified the problem?my wheel bearing was bad and my rotors were warped.

I don?t understand how this shop found absolutely nothing while another was able to diagnose the issue so quickly. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this place.

Comment : I dropped my car off early in the morning to get brakes and rotors and was able to pick it up the same day. The young lady who worked there was very nice and pleasant to deal with. I have found my new auto repair shop! Fast service and reasonable prices!

Comment : I continue to be impressed with the work they do and hoping that everyone moving forward we have the same experience as me I feel like when I go there they value my time they try to get me out as fast as possible. I know that they also have things to do to have on the cars, but they do a good job at giving you out in a good amount of time. Very polite courteouscustomer service. There is nothing more important to me than the health of my car and I feel like trusting VA auto was a good idea.
