Comment : My mother and law had her truck towed by them to have fixed. She then had a few health related issues and couldn't remember who towed the car. At the same time she lost her phone and didn't remember her code so they couldn't call her and we couldn't access her messages. These wonderful people sent their driver by several times to try and contact her about the truck. It was with them for well over a month until their driver found a neighbor that was able to pass along Jeremy's information to us. Instead of charging an arm and leg for how long they had to store the truck we paid a very reasonable amount for the fix they completed. Frankly next time I need anything done for my personal vehicle we will be using them. I feel I can trust them to be honest and fair. They went above and beyond for an elderly lady who needed a little assistance when someone else could have taken advantage of the situation. Worth recommending simply for their values!

Comment : Long story short; wiring damage led to shorting and damaging the fuel pump. I was out of my normal mechanics range for a AAA tow so I had them take it to USA towing, I ended up paying way less then I was expecting, I even offered a little more money but Jeremy turned it down. I'm indebted to Jeremy, Frank and the crew that came to help me they have earned my future business and my recommendation.

Comment : Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!
