Comment : We have bought 2 cars from Mr. Joe and he has been so wonderful and patient with us each time. 1 month after purchasing the 1st used car, it was totaled. Comment : My daughter flipped her car and they towed it to their yard. The owner was very nice, helped me with just taking the car for salvage and taking some money off the bill. Even gave my daughter a pep talk about driving and was sincerely happy to see her and that she was still alive( only by the grace of God) . Very nice owner and helpful..

Comment : Joe at US1 helped me out in a pinch! I'm in the area on vacation and needed a wheel and tire since my rim got bent and the tire was trashed. He was able to get a replacement for me, the price was very reasonable, and they changed out my tire in 20 minutes! Absolutely fantastic service and helpful folks! Comment : The owner of this business is plain Terrible Terrible Terrible!! My 80 yr old Aunt's truck was involved in an accident on 2/24/23. Her son was driving when a car turned and hit him from the side then it flipped and rolled over. The truck was basically totaled and after the accident it was towed to US 1. I called today around 1:30 and spoke to Austin to see if we could come get my Aunts belongings out of the truck. Austin told me we can and that they close at 5 just be there before then. When we got there the owner Joe was at the front desk and told my Aunt she is not allowed to get anything from her truck and it is his "right" to deny her access to her vehicle. He also said that there is nothing of value or importance in her truck for her to get. So that means he went through her vehicle without her knowledge or consent so who knows what he may have stolen from her truck. He was so worried about money and getting paid from the insurance company. My Aunt's son kept his tools in the trunk for work and he wouldn't even allow us to get them. I had to call the police which the officer confirmed there is no law that states a tow company can hold your belongings until the insurance company settles your claim. The officer said there's nothing he can do since this is a civil case. Joe was VERY rude and belittling to my 80 year old Aunt. He said he's been doing this job for 30 years and heard every story and her story doesn't matter. He doesn't care what she wants to get from her car she's not getting it! I guess it made him feel more of a big man to talk down on an elderly woman who has been struggling all week with the insurance company and getting answers on what to do next. She's out of a car now doesn't have money for a new one and just want to get some of her belongings out. Joe has no compassion or concern for anybody but himself. I'm sure he takes for advantage of any elderly customer coming there to get their car worked on and up charges them. How u treat people will come back to u Joe in one way or another!

Comment : I can not begin to explain how AMAZING Austin and his garage is! Very trustworthy, very reasonably priced, very friendly! Our car broke down on Christmas morning and I was worried it was the whole transmission! I stopped in the day after Christmas and Austin was friendly from the second I walked in! He towed our car back to our shop, looked it over, figured out it wasn’t the transmission, figured out what was wrong with it and quickly got my family’s only car back on the road! Car service gives me anxiety, but I will never take my car anywhere else other then US1 Sales & Service and Austin and team! Thank you!
