Comment : I brought my car in to have my tires swapped, and during the process, they damaged one of my winter tires. Instead of informing me at pickup, they returned only three tires?so I had to call to find out what happened. I was then told they didn?t mention it due to being short-staffed.

When I asked about a resolution, I was told they would ?look into it,? and if necessary, replace the tire next winter. That?s not acceptable. They damaged my property, failed to communicate it, and now expect me to wait an entire season for a replacement.

Unfortunately, this isn?t my first issue here. On a previous visit for an oil change, my vehicle was returned without oil. That alone should have been a dealbreaker.

Attempts to speak with the service manager have also been frustrating?he?s either ?in a meeting? or ?on his way out,? making it nearly impossible to get accountability.

I?ve filed a formal complaint with Honda America and the Better Business Bureau. If you value your vehicle, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Comment : We had a car repair emergency and Upper Valley squeezed us in on a busy day. Darci was our service contact and she was wonderful. The long area was clean and still led with snacks and beverages. We loved getting the video with all the info on our car. They fixed our issue and had us back on the road in an hour. Amazing.

Comment : After driving 5 hours to pick up my mew pilot sport, there was a slight miscommunication on when I would arrive. It was a Saturday morning and they were busy selling cars out the door. Roland and Donna make sure we we're taken care of and made the purchase perfect from the minute we got there to the moment we left. If the owner is reading this, you should be proud to have employees like Roland and Donna ??

Comment : I have a hard time trusting dealerships, but UVH was great. Their tech Allen caught a major issue, two bent front struts, that the local Subaru dealership called "normal truck noise". The advisor, Darci, was very knowledgeable, personable, and communicative. The waiting area was very pleasant, lots of snacks and the employees really seemed to be enjoying their day.

Comment : I?m Very happy with Upper Valley Honda. I worked with Darci in a the service department for a complicated large mileage repair, and a tire swap, alignment check, and alignment . Darci gave me multiple staged estimates, and honored the estimates. I wasn?t upsold, and all recommendations appeared to be spot on. I needed to alter timing for my repairs , and I also ran into extra mechanical problems with my car before the servicing date , altering the repairs needed even further! Every effort was made by Darci and Dexter (in Service) to advise, and accommodate my needs pleasantly and professionally, and with clear explanations. Even the courtesy shuttle arrived on time with Dexter, who drove smoothly and was also extremely pleasant and personable. Thanks to all of you.

Comment : State inspection was prompt (and it passed!). Best thing is that because I bought the car from that dealer, state inspections are free for life!
