Comment : Service Manager Alicia went above and beyond to get fixed an instrument cluster problem that had vexed me for several years. She got it covered by an extended warranty that I had forgotten about. And she did it all with an infectious smile. Three cheers!!

Comment : I bought my car from Upper Valley Honda in February! Our sales rep Matt King was wonderful, very attentive and patient with my mom who was also with me. The credit system was down for the day and they were short a finance person however they got us moving quickly and communicated with us the whole time as to how long the wait would be and what was happening. I had some issues with stains on my seats and they took the car back in and fixed the stains at no cost to me and in a very timely fashion.

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, the sales team is not commission based so there is no pressure on them to make an immediate sale or the cost of the car you're buying!
