Comment : ?"Massive thank you to the crew at Unlimited Maintenance & Repair! They just knocked out a heavy steering and alignment overhaul on our Ford Explorer, and it honestly drives like a brand-new vehicle. Incredible work, fair communication, and they got us sorted out right when we needed it. As local business owners ourselves over at 2 Freshie 4 You LLC, we always respect top-tier craftsmanship. We'll definitely be back for future maintenance!"

Comment : I brought my car to this establishment to get an answer on my recent gear change issues. Brought my car the morning of appointment and dropped my keys off in lockbox, as instructed by a call I made earlier that morning. One that I made SPECIFICALLY to clarify on their drop off procedures. Called the establishment later that day for an update and I was informed that my car was not even in the lot. Obviously panicked, I show up to see how that could've happened. I then learn that my car was indeed in the lot, extremely hard to miss considering this place is small. Not sure if Miss Monique didn't care to look hard enough or wasn't concerned enough to ask anyone else for help in locating my vehicle. I'd hate to assume that no one knows what a black Nissan looks like at a mechanic shop. In the end, I was just given excuses on how this whole ordeal was my fault. Safe to say, first and last experience at this business, and still looking for a shop to look at my car.

Comment : I have a 2004 Mazda RX8 that needed service. No one, not even the dealership would work on it. It sat in my driveway for 2 Yrs., still paying insurance, registration, etc. until my daughter found Unlimited Maintenance. They were very courteous and said they would check it out and give estimate to repair. They did an excellent job and even gave it a pressure wash rinse (which I really appreciated). It was great to be able to drive it again after 2 yrs. sitting in my driveway. Highly recommend them.

Comment : I had a great experience getting the turbocharger replaced on my 2018 Honda Accord. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. My car is running great, and I'm very pleased with the work that was done.

What really stood out to me was their honesty. They let me know that some of the parts they had gotten for the repair were not needed and that I would be receiving a refund for those unused parts. I really appreciated that because they could have easily charged me without me knowing the difference. That level of honesty and good customer service means a lot.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and trustworthy automotive service!
