Comment : Just scammed me of $500. Said I needed $2000 worth of work done when I came for an oil change. I said no, and chose something from the long list of things he said I was ?due for?, which the paper he showed me said $115. When they were done charged me for almost $700 dollars ?for labor?. They were great for the first year I went there but now seem to think they can get over on me after the sweet act.

Comment : When I discovered that I had a nail in my tire the first place I went was University Tire and Auto. The team could not have been nicer nor more helpful. Dale, the manager, jumped in right away to help me. I realized that I really needed to have all four tires replaced. Dale immediately started the process to find my particular tires and by the time I got home, he called me to say they would be there by the next morning. Next day, off I drove with my new tires. A very happy customer. Local businesses are the best!

Comment : Very disappointing experience with them all around. They made up work that didn't need to be done. What they did do, they did a poor job. We took it back to our trusted mechanic in Richmond and they affirmed that University Tire did a poor job and didn't even handle what we needed done correctly. Such a waste of money. They take your money, lie about work that needs to be done, and do a POOR job with the mechanical work AND the customer service - very rude to customers. DO NOT GO. So many better options. We won't ever be back.

Comment : Needed quick tire fix, walked in at 9:30. No appointment. I was out in about an hour. Nice clean place with a hot cup of ?? coffee
