Comment : Being an automotive repair shop owner myself from COLORADO was visiting Ole Miss. for parents week. I noticed my rental car had a low tire. I pulled in walked inside a was greeted with smiles from all 3 people working the front desk. I told them I needed air added to my right front tire. I didn't have time to have it repaired and it wasn't my vehicle. They said no problem. Just pull up to the rear bay and they'll send their mechanic out and they did. They were very accommodating hard to find people that are willing to help someone out and not ask anything in return. If I lived here. They would definitely earn my business..

Comment : Wife needed a simple flat repair for a screw. They fixed the flat but said it wouldn’t hold air and that the tire had a gash in it. They tried to sell a new tire to both me and my wife but after looking at it when I got my hands on it there was no damage other than the screw and the patch has held perfectly. Very shady business to try and take advantage. Also scratched the wheel with the tire machine. 100% don’t recommend.

Comment : I was told my tires was on sale for around $500 plus taxes but they didn't have them in stock. The tires would be in the following weekend. She wrote the price and all tire info down for me to show when I came back. When I came back the following weekend I was told they had the tires I gave the paper with all the tire info and price to the older man and he said they would take care of everything. Once they finished I was called and my bill was over $700. The gave me different tires that cost more and all of a sudden my paper I gave him with the previous tire and price was missing. They refused to fix the problem he told me "HE THOUGHT I WANTED THEM" I feel they take advantage of certain people .

Fast forward to 2024/25 my Truck a/c was acting crazy and I was talking to someone about getting it fixed. They spoke highly of Goodyear and I was willing to give them a try because everyone deserves a second chance. I go and I'm told everything had to be replaced I didn't argue or fuss. Over $2300. When I got my truck back there were missing parts off my truck like my fuel injector rail cover, broken plastic clips and the cut my hear hose and clamped it together. My ac didn't even work as it should. I was told to just give it a few days come back and they would do a free test to make sure it was holding pressure. I went back around 3-4 days and was basically told me Eve was fine. Like a fool I thought it could be just me but as days turned into weeks and it started to get hotter I noticed it wasn't doing hardly any cool better than before I took it but not as it should. I took it back and was told the reason it wasn't cooling was it could some sort of restriction and I had to come out of pocket again to diagnose. I decided after all that had been done I didn't feel like I can go back or recommend my family, friends or anyone to do business with them. I was hesitant to let anyone do work on my truck but my ac finally stopped working just over a year so I decided to try Midas and long story short it took them a little longer to get the job done but Midas replaced the cut lines and got my ac working exactly as it should. That's where me and my family will be doing business from now on.

Comment : they told me my tire was damaged and tried to sell me a new one but took it to Gateway and they said nothing was wrong with it and they mounted and did a great job!

Comment : Above and beyond! My daughter was in Oxford and noticed that three small kittens had climbed into her engine. One of the Goodyear mechanics saw her with her car hood up, immediately crawled under her car, and tried to help. He directed her to the Goodyear shop where ALL of the mechanics propped her car up and successfully rescued the kittens. Thank you, gentlemen, for going above and beyond!

Comment : Wonderful folks here. Had a brake issue while on vacation and pulling a camper. Told them I figured it needed brakes front and back, they evaluated and told me the rears were fine (could have been an easy upsell, they chose honesty!)
They also have the fancy tire balancing machine and got rid of a wobble in our steering wheel we've dealt with for a good 6 months.
Taking care of out-of-towners with no options and a hard timeline for repairs says a LOT about a business when they do it honestly and awesomely. Hard to find a great mechanic shop nowadays, this is one of them!

Comment : These guys are great! Been really looking around for a good group of both affordable and sensible auto/tire guys and this place is awesome. I simply needed some tires mounted on trailer wheels, I called every place in Oxford to get a quote and after being on hold for most of that, or receiving ridiculous estimates I called this place as my final option and they said it d just be 20 bucks a tire and that they could do it in 10 minutes and there I went. The lady at the front desk was super kind and very nice. The guy working at the counter, I could hear him explaining to customers on the phone, what the issue was and the most sensible fixes for them, and with having a somewhat reasonable amount of mechanical experience myself, I liked what he was saying. I also liked that he said they get their parts from advance auto parts who I also very much like rather than other places like AutoZone. The guys did my tires, and even had them loaded up in the truck for me when I went out there. Great service, y all have a newpaying customer.These guys are great! Comment : They were so so helpful! I called to see if I could swing by because all 4 of my tires had low tire pressure. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and gracious. I pulled in and a nice man came right out and put air in my tires. This entire process was efficient. Thank you!
