Comment : Trevor W. was our salesman and he was excellent! My husband and I have never owned a Subaru, so we stopped in without really knowing what options were available to us, and Trevor walked us through all the models and trim packages after listening to what we needed in a vehicle. We landed at a Crosstrek Wilderness and couldn't be more excited about the purchase.
My husband and I are not quick to make a decision, and we didn't buy the same day we test drove. Trevor was great at staying in communication with us and keeping us updated on what Crosstreks they had in or were getting.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car. No one loves sitting at a dealer and going through the car buying process, but they made it an exciting experience.

Comment : 2020 WRX, called because I had some codes pop up while in town. I passed along the codes and asked if they could translate them to see if I could drive it safely to their dealership. After waiting 30 minutes (only took Olathe Subaru 3 minutes to give me a response), I called back and was transferred around the dealer until ending back with the same person who couldn't do anything for me except tell me their next appointment was on Wednesday. I was going to take my car there to be diagnosed, but after talking with Olathe Subaru, it is safe enough to drive to their location (and it's closer to my town). Thanks Columbia Subaru for narrowing down which dealer provides the best customer service to the patrons that buy the Subaru brand.

Comment : After having forester serviced here but coming to find out tech over inflated my tires by over 10 psi for what's recommended on door is a head scratcher. Seems under new ownership service department isn't very knowledgeable anymore
