Comment : I was referred to Waldo Automotive, and I was so impressed I will never go anywhere else. Mark, Scott and staff were amazing and kept me informed. I have been looking for great mechanics for a while and really could not find one I trusted. These guys are trustworthy and know what they are doing. Very grateful to all of them!

Comment : I have an 07 Buick that is getting up there in mileage so it has been time to do some needed maintenance. So far, I’ve had a great experience. They work fast, don’t charge an insane amount, and are honest regarding what i should do now and what can wait till later. I will continue to come here and let them work on my car. I would recommend this place to anyone needing automotive work done.

Comment : Only went for an inspection to get tags but the guy knew his stuff and let me know I just needed an odometer verification but his enthusiasm and seemingly genuine desire to be helpful in the quickest way possible really made an impact. I only leave reviews if a place is extraordinarily good or bad so the fact that I took the time to review this place says a lot. Also seems very local/family owned which is a plus when you live in the same neighborhood and want to support neighborhood commerce.

Comment : 10/10 customer service, especially from Mark. I was in briefly to get an odometer disclosure as I just moved to MO and he sat down and walked me through everything I needed to bring with me to the DMV. He noted how confusing the state website is and wanted to ensure I was prepared and didn???t waste my time.

Comment : Mark and Scott were very kind! I just needed an inspection and after calling 4 other places, they were the only ones who could get me in a full week earlier than anywhere else. Drop off was easy. I appreciate that Scott gave me a call about some upcoming items that would need attention on my car. I never felt pressured to do anything additional today. Comment : Mark and his staff are always pleasant and helpful with questions and small fixes, even though they know we own an EV and plug-in hybrid. Yesterday, I stopped by with a question about a slightly cut tire, and Scott helped me. He came out and looked over the tire, and told me it wouldn't be a problem and why. Even though he probably could have sold me a tire or two, he shot straight. I appreciate the way they do business.
