Comment : Only went for an inspection to get tags but the guy knew his stuff and let me know I just needed an odometer verification but his enthusiasm and seemingly genuine desire to be helpful in the quickest way possible really made an impact. I only leave reviews if a place is extraordinarily good or bad so the fact that I took the time to review this place says a lot. Also seems very local/family owned which is a plus when you live in the same neighborhood and want to support neighborhood commerce.

Comment : 10/10 customer service, especially from Mark. I was in briefly to get an odometer disclosure as I just moved to MO and he sat down and walked me through everything I needed to bring with me to the DMV. He noted how confusing the state website is and wanted to ensure I was prepared and didn???t waste my time.

Comment : Mark and Scott were very kind! I just needed an inspection and after calling 4 other places, they were the only ones who could get me in a full week earlier than anywhere else. Drop off was easy. I appreciate that Scott gave me a call about some upcoming items that would need attention on my car. I never felt pressured to do anything additional today. Comment : Mark and his staff are always pleasant and helpful with questions and small fixes, even though they know we own an EV and plug-in hybrid. Yesterday, I stopped by with a question about a slightly cut tire, and Scott helped me. He came out and looked over the tire, and told me it wouldn't be a problem and why. Even though he probably could have sold me a tire or two, he shot straight. I appreciate the way they do business. Comment : They are absolute sunshine here. They were very transparent about costs up front and so polite in all interactions. When they realized they over quoted and my brakes were actually still ok, they called to update me and see how I wanted to move forward. I was able to save some money. They have a customer for life.

Comment : I damaged my car and scrambled to find a shop that could take care of it. Wornall Automotive did above and beyond! They communicated every step, and I left knowing I was taken care of, rather than taken advantage of! So thankful to the team!!
