Comment : I appreciate having a local SERVICE station in town that can fix most vehicle issues that come in. The attention to detail and customer service was top notch and demonstrated the years of mechanical experience on various makes and models. As a care giver I encounter others who need help in many different areas, including transportation issues. Having a well maintained and serviceable motor vehicle is not only a necessity in Fairbanks, it is a life threatening event for those who have mobility and health challenges especially in the winter time, so I will be using University Chevron for my future needs and highly recommend them for others needing to get their vehicle fixed and back on the road safely.

Comment : I had two great experiences with university chevron, but I won?t be doing business with them again after what happened a few days ago. They did an oil change and did a great job, but then told me I needed a new serpentine belt because it was severely cracked. I took my car to another shop and the mechanic told me the belt looked brand new and didn?t have any cracks at all. I won?t be taking my vehicle back to the same people who attempted to scam me.

Comment : I benefitted from their very thorough inspection of my car that included a face-to-face discussion/explanation of the results and a written report. I was previously drawn to University Chevron because the people there were flexible, understanding, quick and competent in addressing my need to have two issues fixed.

Comment : I was traveling and had tried unsuccessfully to get an oil change at multiple places. Felt nudged by the Holy Spirit to call this place... they got me in as soon as I drove in (about 15 minutes later) and finished quickly, yet did a thorough job of inspecting my Jeep in case something else was wrong (nothing was).
