Susie's customer service was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, making me feel instantly welcome. She listened attentively to my concerns, answered all my questions with patience and clarity, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. Her positive attitude and genuine care are a testament to her dedication to customer service. I felt like a valued customer, not just another number. And then there's Landon. His expertise and know-how are truly remarkable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and performed the necessary repairs with precision and efficiency. His timely work manner was also incredibly appreciated. I was in and out much faster than I expected, and the quality of his work was top-notch. It's clear that Landon is a highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanic. The combination of Susie's exceptional customer service and Landon's expert mechanical skills makes University Chevron an absolute gem. Comment : Literally the best and fastest mechanic shop in town! They have great customer service and awesome efficient mechanics! Every time I go in there they are always so helpful and kind! Not only are they kind but the job is almost always done early!

Comment : I received an oil change and differential fluid change/ cleaning out? I was also supposed to have the rear wiper fixed. When I was called by the service tech to confirm the work had been done, I asked if the rear wiper blade was working - he relayed my message on the service sheet wasn't clear and that the wiper blade had been replaced (apologies for not being clear in my quick note there). When I asked if they confirmed the rear wiper worked, he asked to call back. Upon call back Robert confirmed the wiper was in fact working - this was not accurate. When I went home last night the blade was still in a down position and does not work. I'm disappointed in the lack of follow through in checking the blade. I'm willing the pay for the service but don't appreciate being lied to or a lack of clear follow through to see if something is working or not.

Comment : Good Customer Service is the bloodline of a successful business. I suggest you put your best person upfront (Krissy) she’s friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Your young cashier did not even say thank you. The driver that picked me up was very friendly.
