Comment : Robert kept in touch with updates throughout the day and also listened to every detail I had to say to diagnose the issue with the vehicle. He was patient, not rushed, and thorough with his explanations. He saved me money on a part too! Additionally, he took the time to open the hood and show the broken part that needed replaced. I appreciated the customer service aspect of it all.

Comment : I really appreciate the service University Chevron has provided for our vehicles over many years. Our last visit was typical in that the requested service was provided as promised and on time. However, the mechanics detected another issue. I got a phone call; discussed the problem, solution, and price; gave my authorization to fix it; and had our repaired vehicle back on time as promised.
