Just like many many other reviews say just avoid all you can. The have the mentality of someone else will pay if you don t - the owner Karl himself is 50/50 depending on what day you catch him on. They re unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly. The last encounter I had at this shop this man was in a bad mood and yelled at me about my car problems. Like sir calm down then an old man came out the from the garage mean mugging me like I was in the wrong for having them diagnose and fix my car lol. Prior to this I ve had my car services here routinely. Definitely sold me stuff I didn t need a few times up charge. After sharing my experience with locals here in Radford they have advised me not to go there. I ve heard many stories by mouth of this place doing things without the owner s permission or not doing what was asked of them. Dakota the tow truck driver is a great guy though. Interacted with him a few times when I needed roadside assistance, so I would give them that. At least one good experience with an employee. Overall I would recommend M&M tires in cburg. Mccoys or Thompson tires have a good reputation too. I blew two tires and they towed my vehicle to the shop, qgot me in the next day and my car was ready by 4pm. Price was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Tow truck driver said probably fuel pump I told BP that and they said electrical and to take it to a dealer. I said (out of frustration) might as well junk it instead because I can't afford a dealer. They called me back and said they'd charge me $200 and they would junk it for me and they'd need me to sign them my title. I had it towed to Car Doctors instead and they fixed it, it was indeed the fuel pump.
