Comment : I got a new set of struts and front wheel bearing work done at this location. These guys are professional and timely. I have a high mileage vehicle and they were cognizant of that. The pricing was fair and they did not add a bunch of extra work to the bill. They even checked on some noises the transmission was making before proceeding with the other repairs. I will be returning for future work. So will my husband.

Comment : Beyond blessed. Our family is from Florida and traveled out to Alabama for appointments, Steve was first to answer when having unknown car issues. They went out of their way to travel to have a look before being brought to the shop. They have been caring, and went above and beyond. Could not recommend this place enough local or far.

Comment : Cannot say enough about how awesome this company is! Steve has the best customer service I?ve experienced in all of Birmingham! They are honest about what does and doesn?t need done and prices are extremely fair. Work is extremely quality. Chip is an amazing mechanic and took extra time to ride in my truck even after a repair to help me identify and fix a strange noise.

For so many of us, going to the mechanic can be a nightmare situation, the team at United Car Care make it a great experience.

Comment : I had a very good experience at United Car Care. I was having a hard time finding someone to work on an older truck. Another shop that doesn't work on older vehicles actually referred me to United, which says a lot. I got my truck back more quickly than I expected, and the price was fairly reasonable. My interactions with the staff were pleasant.

Bottom line: Not many shops around here will work on older vehicles nowadays, so if you are looking for someone to service your old vehicle, this shop is definitely worth a call (and I'm sure they do great work on newer vehicles as well). I will definitely be back, although hopefully not anytime soon.

Comment : I wish we would?ve known about this place sooner. We had one of the most difficult issues with a relatively new car motor. These guys did everything and more to get our car back working. Excellent customer service and best pricing. Highly recommended the staff. Thank you for your hard work!
